At 1st glance, I was a bit disappointed, though I was staying in a Wendy house but then I opened the door and it was amazing, comfy beds, great view outside and peaceful, also the communal bathroom were clean and not bad at all.
Very clean ablution. The reception was done very professional. There are not many shaded stands and not many grass stands but it was very dry with our visit. But overall the staff were very friendly and we enjoyed our stay.
You have such a lovely caravan park, but sorry to say your ablution facilities lack some attention:- On the first morning of our visit, there was no warm water. On inquiry, one of your employees, said that "the warm water supply has reached its limit" (whatever that means. The park was not even half full! The rest of the time there, the water was hot.- Only one of the three men's showers had a stool/table/bench where clothes can be put on to stay dry. Similar at the lady's._the shower "roses" (men's & lady's) needs maintenance/replacement as it sprays all over and wets everything except your body.I hope you find this useful
The caravan park was quite adequate and ablutions clean. Found the Hotel room, where friends of ours stayed very strange. Basin outside the bathroom, no chair to sit on in the room. Very cold atmosphere. Not able to order a cup of coffee in between breakfast and lunch. Would not recommend the hotel.
Willie F BothaCaravan park .Acces road very bad , no hot water in kitchen, and ligths was not working..uncificient clothes hooks and benches for the showers ,toilet doors and shower door locks not working.waist bin full .the step from my site to the ablution blocks was built with loose bricks.
Fair accomodation at camping site and fair price. Maybe the abblutions can have a staff member that cleans more often, especially during busier seasons. Camping sites are well marked and equiped with braais and dustbins.
The campsites are big and neat. They are all mostly in shade and well demarcated. Although neat and clean the ablution facilities needs an upgrade. The camp is close to town and all business. The cost per site is reasonable.
Loved the cottage and the ablutions. Disappointed that there was no crockery that could be used in the microwave oven, the towels were missing and the stainless steel eat ware were not clean. I would have liked a broom for the room. It was also difficult to clean the dishes in the communal kitchen as the lights were not working and there is no hot water tap. We love the idea of combining a camping style facility with the
We stayed at a chalets for our visit. The chalets inside were clean and the bed and bedding was realy outstanding. Evertything were up to standard. The ablusion were also very clean There's just two points that I want to highlight that I think could just upgrade this even more. 1. There were no doormat to wipe your feet off before you enter the chalet - it was wet outside and everytime we enter the chalets all the sand were inside. There also weren't a broom to wipe it out. 2. Could consider some kind of a basin to wash up dishes and a tap to get some water - we've used the communical kitchen but there were only cold water and it were a bit difficult for us to clean the dishes because it were covered in fat and we went back to the chalets to fetch some warm water by boiling it in the kettle…
We spent one night in the campsite and we were pleasantly surprised. The campsite was very neat and quiet and the ablutions seemed new and super clean. There was a nice kitchen area which we didn’t use. The reception and staff were very friendly and professional. I would stay here again every time.
