I had to stop over at Springbok Inn last week, on the way to Namibia . Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had much to sort out before I travelled. However, the entire staff truly went out of their way to look after me and make my stay super comfortable. Not only was the staff brilliant, the food was excellent and my room was pristine. Would definitely return to Springbok Inn again and I will also recommend it to my friends!

Dinner and breakfast very disapointing. Not great at all. Just expected a better restaurant and good food for the price we paid to stay. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly but poorly trained. Room was very average, but could do with a serious clean. For example moss in bathroom & dirty curtains. The dog that greeted us gave us a feeling of home and was very friendly. When looking in Springbok this venue came up as the best accomodation available. It just didn't deliver.

Dear Lana, Thank for you for sharing your insights. We apologise that the standard was not where it should be. We are delighted to let you know that are now in the process of rolling out a brand new restaurant concept - The Badgers Grill, across our portfolio. We will be introducing fantastic new menus and an amazing breakfast upgrade. Further to that, some fabulous decor. Our rooms are also getting the much needed facelift after the tremendous season we have just had in Namaqualand. We look forward to welcoming you back to see all the changes. All the best!

The perfect base to either explore the Springbok area or as a stop on to other adventures the Inn is ideal. Great buffet breakfast and a varied kitchen options for lunch and dinner. Cool pool for a dip and comfortable rooms with secure parking. Staff incredible and even Huxley the local boxer dog to pat on the head.

This place has so much potential! But it stops just short of good. The upstairs rooms at the back have balconies (no lift, so no mobility restricted as three floors to climb). There is ramp access to reception and up to the restaurant level. Small clean pool and outdoor seating. Spacious restaurant with the usual menu in this sort of place (steak, burger, chicken schnitzel - of which mine had inexplicably cold sauce drenched over hot chicken). The rooms are soulless but have everything you need. Our tv cable had been extended using the cable from an iron with just some electrical tape. Most uncomfortable pillows in world history, but the beds were comfortable enough. We ordered a family room but we’re initially just given a single and had to go back down to reception to sort it out. Staff were friendly, especially in the restaurant. There is a bar serving the usual bottled stuff. This is a place that with just a bit of effort could be excellent. But for now it’s a good place to lay your head on your way to somewhere else.
