Went there for lunch with my wife and my oh my the food was really good. Many activities to keep you entertained and worth the drive. I completely loved the butler service. My butler Chris was on hand to ensure that all my needs were catered to including replacing my suitcase padlock with another after I lost my keys. The service and very friendly and welcoming and the room are elegant, and clean. I also loved that everyday try give complementary drinks of one soda water and one tonic water and the room service I also complementary. The horses and peacocks that roam freely have an added touch of the safari feeling g. All in all an excellent experience. I highly recommend it.

This is our first time visited the Aqua Safari and everything was well organised from the reception down to the housekeeping. The lady that was assigned to us (Elise) She was 100% accurate in everything she does. Spent a very relaxing week at the Aqua Safari as part of a longer stay in Ghana. Hotel facilities were very good. Buffet food was mainly Ghanaian which is fair enough since you are in Ghana! The Al A Carte menu offer some other choices if you wanted something a bit less spicy. Some complimentary activates included in basic package but these can be supplemented with some activities on the river. Really nice to have some animals freely wandering around the grounds. The personal butler assigned to my room was very attentive and accommodating the seemingly odd requests from a Scottish lassie who wanted a pot of tea at breakfast and hot milk for her coffee in the room!! Nothing was too much trouble. While all of the staff were very attentive, special mention goes to Eben who went above and beyond. Thanks Eben!!

Wow, this hotel is absolutely stunning! It's nestled perfectly in nature and has clearly been taken care of with lots of love. The staff are all super friendly and the food is out of this world. I was so impressed to see that they use refillable glass bottles to help protect the environment. Plus, their meals are so fresh and delicious - so I wasn’t surprise to learn the hotel has its own farm.

To be fair the word ‘safari’ is a little misleading and the main animals are birds birds and fish but it’s still a fantastic experience.
For your reasonably priced entry fee you get an all day buffet, which is plentiful and a great selection. You also get two soft drinks and dessert.
You also get some free activities like canoeing, archery, cycling, table tennis, golf, bird and fish feeding.
There are also some paid activities such as horse riding and jet ski.
Beautiful beach and pools and great staff.

The food was super nice. the staff and rules were quite flexible and attentive to the guests needs. Teh pool is super clean and the different setups and themes each night at dinner was a super plus.

Aqua Safari is an outstanding resort to relax with family. The grounds are serene and tranquil with lots of wildlife to encounter. The reception into the premises and check in process was seamless and swift. Most of all, our butlers Prince and Arthur made it one of the most memorable times of our lives. Thank you guys! Definitely one of the best resorts we have visited in Ghana (and we've been to quite a few!). The service is second to none and the rooms are immaculately presented with a predominant natural wood effect. Kudos to all the staff and the management team.

We were a family of 12, including 5 children under the age of 10. We booked a 2-bedroom, 2 shower room chalet which had a huge lounge area, the Waterfront room which had one bed and a living area - the back door opened onto the beach which was amazing, a superior room and a standard room. The chalet and waterfront came with butlers who were immensely helpful to the entire group. They did things like ensure we had a suitable area reserved for meals, booked our boat ride, helped us with ironing (GHS24 for two items) , arranged for an extra mattress and bedding, etc etc.
I love the decor throughout, especially in all but the standard room: The tree trunk bed mini posts, the chunky wood vanity unit in the bedroom and bathroom, the centre table in the lounge (we took the glass off its chunky wooden base for fear that the kids might topple it over as it wasn't fixed to the base), the black soap, the wet rooms, the curtains and so on. All in great taste. Outdoors was a great setting as well, day and night, with plant pots created from car tyres 😁.
Meals were tasty and of good variety. Other than breakfast, which we all had each morning, I only had the buffet on one night and according to the rest of my group, I picked the best night (Sunday). We observed other guests celebrating birthdays and enjoyed the singing and dancing that the waiters put on while presenting the birthday cakes.
We went for the 30 minute boat ride to Crocodile Island. Well worth the experience.
We had fun in the pool and slide and the lifeguard was alert. He responded immediately when one of the children leapt into the deep end of the adult pool by mistake.
We did have a couple of niggles. There was a downpour of rain and water flooded the waterfront room from under the door on one of the 2 nights. The butlers responded straight away and tried to put it right but the family's night was disrupted. I think management should've offered some kind of compensation. We're not really the kind to demand it but would've appreciated the offer.
A couple of the toilets had flush issues which were resolved within minutes of reporting.
All in all, this was a memorable experience and we had a good time Good, efficient check in as well. Friendly and courteous staff. Special shout out to Seth and Amos. They are an asset to the establishment.
