Breathtaking views of Clifton Beach and the Twelve Apostles. Amazing , luxurious rooms with balcony and scenic views to watch the amazing sunsets, Delicious breakfast. Good service! Fabulous pool deck to relax with Amazing Sea Views!!!
Cape View is the most wonderful hotel! The views over the ocean and Twelve Apostles (back of table mountain) are simply breath taking! The interior design is gorgeous! So stylish! This place is perfect for a couples retreat/honeymoon/break. Room 1A was simply stunning! The team are so friendly and helpful! Breakfast is delicious and ladies who prepare it are just delightful. Easy to get to most places with Uber or walking to Camps Bay and down to Clifton Beach is great too. To be honest the hotel was so lovely we spent most afternoons staring at the view and sipping something from the honesty bar. We travelled during Dec when Covid-19 was a real concern and the team made us feel safe given the precautions and cleanliness. Very special place!!
This property blew us away with the stylish rooms, gorgeous pool deck, perfect location, and delicious daily breakfasts! Attention down to the last detail is apparent in every room, from candles placed aside the fantastic soaking tub to all-day self-serve Nespresso in the pantry to the smiling staff who knew us by name from the moment we checked in! Felt like home instantly, and we even extended by a few extra nights because we didn’t want to leave! Will definitely return every time we visit Cape Town!
Stayed for a few nights in feb. Absolutely loved it. The best thing about this hotel are the phenomenal views - they’re simply breathtaking. Room was decorated very tastefully, it was big with a lovely terrace. As the hotel has around 7 rooms and is essentially a big house, soundproofing isn’t great - we were woken up a couple of times by cleaners as the linen cupboard was opposite our room. Food was really tasty. Nice selection for breakfast - could potentially be a bit more creative in offering different pastries or yogurts etc. You can also order lunch and dinner to have in the hotel as long as you order the day before. Really tasty food. All the staff are lovely and we particularly enjoyed the cake every day! We were lucky enough to see about 7 whales one day in the bay and then on the last day we left there were around 30 dolphins swimming across the bay - the view was stunning !! Would be good to put binoculars in the bedrooms. Camps bay is 5 mins in car away, plenty of parking and lots of nice places to eat and drink. Ellerman house is also a 5 min walk down the road - we had an exceptional dinner there. Would definitely stay here again and would love to have stayed longer. It had a lovey homely feel to it. It would be nice if there were more seats to eat breakfast outside at - there were only 4 place settings which were often taken. …
The weather in Cape Town was about as good as it gets and it was good to stay in a boutique hotel that made us feel even better. Great view, friendly staff led by Mandy, superb room and well located. We didn't rent a car but found Uber very efficient and never waited more than 10 minutes for transport. Camps Bay and the Waterfront nearby , and we were able to visit a vineyard in Constantia in less than 30 minutes. We're looking forward to our next stay.
