We were a group of 8 adults and one child (4 couples). It was fantastic to stay because it was a restriction in the city, we could stay together on the BBQ and enjoy our trip. The complex has one swimming pool and heated, that was great. Only bad that after three days the pool broke... a perfect area for BBQ. And each room was a cosy design. We all love it. They need to do something with flyes.

We were a party of three adults, who stayed at the Los Moxaicos for five days. The property is exactly how it appears online, with the exception of photo angle size vs reality which may vary in some things. The property ground is clean 9/10 all around, the swimming pool is awesome, clearly new, with a depth of 1.42 mt. Upon arrival we met Matteo, who was friendly and welcoming; the welcome was warm, whereas, we were instantly greeted with a complimentary bottle of prosecco. In addition, Mathias, was so helpful that he took us to the local supermarket, in his personal car, where we bought some groceries. We stayed in apartment No. 8, which is a one bedroom flat with an open plan living room (kitchen/dining table included). The necessary amenities were available (refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave, plates, cups and utensils) and wer all in great conditions. The TV is all in Spanish, no other option. There was a washing machine available but we did not use it. The bathroom is with a shower, toilet, sink and a bidet. Considering that we were a party of three, an additional single fold-away bed was added to the living room. There is also a small pantry to store dry foods etc. The bedroom consisted of a built-in closet, a four poster double bed, a dresser, fan and air condition. The cleanliness of the apartment was 7/10. The location is fifteen minutes away from the busy tourist areas (Cristianos and Americas) and cost €13-€15 in a taxi. The 470 bus which can be caught at the bus stop (4 minutes walk away) cost €2.10 per person takes about 30 minutes to the touristy areas. We had the pleasant opportunity of meeting the property owner, Arcadio, who was just as friendly and welcoming. He, too, brought us a bottle of wine and fruits to enjoy and insisted that we call on him for any assistance. He gave us maps of the island and showed us how to get to all the right places, and even told us where we could get an affordable car to rent. Checking out was simple (self check-out). A Special thank you to Matteo, who assisted us in getting a taxi back to the airport. The stay was pleasant and if we should ever visit Tenerife again, this is where we will stay.

This is a great place to stay, very welcoming staff with a bottle of cava when you arrive. Clean and very spacious appartement with everything you need. Nice pool and relax area. The only reason we can’t give it a 5 is the road next to it. It’s very busy and you hear the traffic constantly. (except when in our appartement) You need a car when you are here, there is a store nearby but other then that not much to do at walking distance. We loved everything about this place but the road next to it would be the reason for us not to return.

All the pictures on here do this place justice. Exceptional place, stunning individual apartments, lovely brand new pool, and a gentleman owner who is extremely accommodating and very friendly. Had a great weeks holiday here in the beautiful south Tenerife sunshine. Would recommend this place as 5* Worth noting: (this is in no way meant to be detrimental to the accommodation) The accommodation is next to a very busy main road (M62 busy) - however, there is a good wide pavement down the main road. There is a well stocked supermarket 10 minutes walk away across from the nice Atmosphera bar/restaurant. Costa del Silencio is 20 minutes walk down the road, and the sea front in Las Galettas another 10 minutes, so be aware of this if you don't like walking. There is parking outside the apartment if you hire a car and a regular bus service. Casa Mary restaurant (which is excellent) is about 15 minutes walk and it is advisable to book there as it gets very busy with the local Spanish. We would definitely stay here again. Superior accommodation

I can’t recommend Los Moxaicos enough. The location is great, near everything but not in the middle of the touristy areas. Great value for money, our apartment had everything you many need of a home away from home. Comfy bed and complete bathroom. We even had our own private patio. The surroundings were so beautiful and can’t wait to see how it will look when the swimming pool is finished. It was easy to check in and out and Arcadio, the owner is very friendly and helpful. Loads of parking if you are hiring a car as we did. The WiFi is fast as you aren’t sharing with other apartments. We will be staying there again, I wish I could had stayed another week!

Firstly, the apartment we stayed in was so quirky and wonderful. Very clean and great facilities. The host, Arcadio could not have been more welcoming. He sat us down with drinks and olives, got a map out and talked us through the island and the best places to go. There was champagne and wine in the fridge and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. The bedroom was large and the bed was very comfortable. We would recommend hiring a car to get about but that was really easy and Arcadio helped with that. Overall we had a fantastic stay, I really can not fault the apartment at all. Very happy with our time here and sad to leave!

We found this place on booking.com and it was a real discovery. You get direct contact with Arcadio, the owner, who cannot do enough to make you welcome. There was wine in the fridge on arrival and he personally took us to the nearest supermarket for our first basic shop and booked us into a brilliant restaurant (Marys) at very late notice. All the apartments are different and all are ground floor. We had number 9 which was superb and included, had we needed it, a wheelchair accessible shower. Everything you need is there, so you could cook up a full meal if you really wanted to. Arcadio is building a small pool and, when it is finished (hopefully by Christmas 2017), there will be nothing you could want. You do need a car to get around but access to the motorway, for the north of the island reached in about an hour, is very good. El Teide is about 45 minutes away and the walking is really excellent. Do book the El Teide cable car online the day before and, in October, be aware that footpaths in the El Teide park are closed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The apartments are really well serviced with cleaning when you want it and Fabian, who looks after them, is resident on site. There is an outdoor barbeque area that is well supplied with wood and a table, chairs and recliners. Parking is on the roadside but well off the actual road, with plenty of room for several cars. Arcadio will suggest places to visit, good beaches and good restaurants. We used many of his suggestions and were never disappointed. We had a wonderful holiday at Los Moxaicios and will definitely return if we go back to Tenererife Our only sadness is that we missed Arcadio to thank him personally on the day that we left.

The apartment (#7) we had included an living/dining room, small kitchen (with basic utensils, pots & pans, etc.), bathroom, bedroom, and an outdoor (enclosed, private) dining or sitting area. They also have, outside the rooms, several places to sit. The rooms were quiet & clean. The only downside is that it is on a major road, so sitting outside was loud at times - but getting to other places was easier because of it.
