Beyond our wildest dreams....

We just came back home after 7 days at Constance Lemuria and our stay has been beyond our wildest dreams.

We were travelling as a family of four including two teenage girls of 14 and 11 and stayed in a villa. The villa was amazing, villa set up and the service was incredible and were extremely looked after by Ankur (villa manager) and Jonathan and Nella who assisted us.

I have no words to express how much attention we received from everyone, may it be at the restaurant with Naresh and his team (special thanks to Ganeshan and Serena at Legends) who looked after us everyday as well as everyone else in all restaurants where we had meals. The food was incredible, may it be the buffet with an incredible selection or The Nest restaurant with excellent fish and we had a tasting menu one night at Diva restaurant which was beyond this world. Special thanks to Chef Jordi Villa, Chef Tanveer and their team. The quality and selection of beverages at the different bars were excellent as well as the wine list!! Let yourself go and try the private BBQ at Takamakka one night!

The set up of the hotel, the gardens, the cleanliness, the signage and decoration made this place so special that you get attached to it and leaving it was extremely hard two days ago. The golf course looked great and the views spectacular, specially at the tee-off of hole 15 overlooking Anse Georgette.

The meet and greet everywhere in the hotel, specially at reception where we were greeted every morning and throughout the day before we went for breakfast was so nice, natural and authentic. A special note to Keshma with her beautiful smile as well as Elva and Fatima.

The beach at ''petite anse kerlan'' was great during our stay and not to mention the beautiful Anse Georgette. Go there early morning and indulge yourself with the beauty of this place. The beach service at the hotel was really good thanks to Marriapan and Mikunda who looked after us very well.

This trip was special for us and the team there made everything to make it more special. A very special thanks to the ''lady of the house'' Mrs Marie Noella, Gabriel the Hotel Manager and the General Manager, Mr Bruno Legac, who organized everything to make sure we were kept happy.

Thank you to all. You created memories for us which will last forever, and we really hope to come back as you have made us fall in love with this place that felt like home.

We spent a few nights in this resort and we can only confirm that it is the most precious pearl of hotels in the Seychelles. It is located on the island of Praslin which is the most beautiful after the renowned La Digue (where however it is difficult to swim in the sea due to the rocks and waves, unlike Praslin where there are many easily bathable beaches) and is immersed in vegetation. There are fish (sharks, rays and small fish) that reach the shoreline and swim among people. Service is their strong point because from the moment you set foot in the resort you feel pampered from morning to night, excellent service. Everything was very clean and tidy, the quality of sleep was excellent, we were in the rooms overlooking the beach and we could hear the sound of the sea by opening the French window, otherwise it was a surreal silence. The room is very spacious and equipped with all comforts, the bed is huge and comfortable and with the possibility of choosing the type of pillow you want. The restaurants and the buffet are really high quality and very well looked after, the cuisine is varied and always tasty, we were truly spoiled for choice. Even though the structure was full, we never felt the sensation of crowded people or too many people for a single moment. The water bottle solution to be able to independently access water from dispensers is a truly intelligent and far-sighted choice. Golf is a wonderful landscape to have behind you and to walk around. Georgette beach is close by and easily accessible from the resort, as is Anse Lazio which is only a 50 minute walk from the resort and is the most beautiful beach we have seen, even better than the much vaunted Source d'argent on La Digue which is turned out to be a disappointment. Prices are very high for extras, but having toured multiple islands we can only confirm that it is strictly in line with prices in the area. The only elements that can be improved are: - plan dinners on the beach that do not start at 6.30pm when the light goes down but go beyond; - lights in the WC room to be disconnected from the general ones in the bathroom because otherwise at night you have to turn the room on bright to be able to go to the bathroom.

We stayed there for 4 nights at the end of March. The complex is very nice overall, even if the pool area is getting old and there is a risk of injury from the rocks in the pool on the middle level. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good overall, but nothing special. Rather mediocre for a luxury hotel. The same goes for the restaurants. We had much better food outside. In our opinion, the price-performance ratio is not right. We paid 1,250 euros per night including breakfast. Looking back, the hotel was not worth the money, even if the location (the hotel's own beautiful bay and the proximity to Anse Georgette) is a big plus point and if you want to spend your vacation in an upscale hotel on Praslin, there are very few good alternatives to the Lemuria.

We cannot recommend the hotel with small children because you have to be extremely careful that the children do not fall several meters from the terrace during breakfast. The same goes for the reception area/bar in the reception area. And the turtle enclosure could also be separated from the walkway. Here, children can fall at least 1.5 meters. But it's OK for kids aged 3+.

Overall, the quality of service was good, but you'd expect more at this price. Communication was partly via WhatsApp. There was no response to any additional questions. Even after 24 hours. On the day of departure, no one came to collect our luggage, even though we were asked what time we were leaving when we checked out.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Constance Praslin. It is one of the most special resorts we had the opportunity to stay at. The atmosphere it’s all you can wish from a dream tropical destination – the lush green landscape, the spaces so well cared for, the attention given to guests at the arrival and the entrance with Petite Anse Kerlan as the background, gives you such a beautiful framing. Not to mention the cute turtles living at the resort which delighted us.

We were pleasantly surprised about the buffet dinner at The Legend, which displays a wide variety of options, for all tastes and with high standards. The beach was also a good surprise. Petite Anse Kerlan is the hotel's main beach. It forms a very scenic bay and, at least at this time of the year, we found it easy to swim, with no rocks or corals (for many other beaches, coral shoes are totally advised). At the top of the golf course, you can find Anse Georgette, which is reachable by hotels’ shuttle. Over there, all services are provided by locals, such as beach lounge chairs, coconut water and fresh fruit cut to order. To have lunch, you will need to return to the resort. Keep in mind that all beaches are public, so you might find other tourists and even boat excursions while in Anse Georgette. This beach was the highlight of our stay at Praslin, for its beauty. The water is like crystal.

We had a wedding anniversary dinner at The Nest, which was a plus because of the intimacy of the place and the proximity to the sea. It is a good option if you are looking for a special or different dinner. However, we felt that the menu could be upgraded. The experience at The Legend was so positive that maybe we were expecting more. We also had the opportunity to try Takamaka and the pool bar and the service and food was exceptional.

At the resort you have bicycles to rent, nevertheless you need to return them at the end of the day.

A special thanks to the staff for all the smiles given back to us!

It couldn't be more beautiful or better. Located on 3 beautiful beaches and embedded in what is surely one of the most beautiful golf courses in the world. We had the senior suite with 2 bathrooms for 2 adults and our 18-year-old daughter, which was perfect. Each guest gets a stainless steel water bottle that can be refilled for free at stations on the premises and taken home as a souvenir. We had half board and even as a vegetarian there were lots of delicious dishes to be found. Very attentive staff, especially Fauzhia and Yannik, were extremely helpful and available at all times. We would book again at any time and already miss this little paradise.

It was one of our best vacation sofar. The hotel team is so friendly and cares all your needs. The hotel is situated on prime location of Praslin island, close to airport and best beaches. Transfer to anse Georgette is free for hotel guests, towels available even you go outside for swimming or to Ladigue. Dining culinary in all restaurants is fanstastic. Thank you for warm welcome and caring us during our stay. We did not regret booking here and see you soon in your other vacation resorts.

We spent 5 days in Constance Lemuria. It is a beautiful, very large facility where the best and fastest way to get around is by bike (bicycles are available practically at every house). The facility has three beaches, including one with waiter service, and the Anse Georgette beach - one of the most beautiful on the entire island. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. The entire staff is extremely helpful and nice. The facility contains 4 large turtles, countless geckos, crabs and lizards, so it is a paradise for children. The only disadvantage of the facility is the price for accommodation plus the prices of food and drinks in the facility. In European terms it is expensive.... even very expensive. I suggest making a reservation a few months before arrival, then the price is much lower. The rest is a five plus! I recommend!

Spent a wonderful 4 nights here with my wife. This is a true luxury resort that I’d highly recommend and definitely the nicest place on Praslin. The rooms (we started in a Junior suite) are updated well and feet from the beach. The walk to restaurants is relatively small but you can always call for a ride if you want. Food was excellent especially at The Nest and at DIVA. The Legend buffet was good, not great but has a nice breakfast. Generally, I’d rate the service A+ with a really well trained and excellent staff who always knew our names. Only a couple hiccups at the restaurant (getting our bill a couple times) and one time lack of transport back from the nearby Georgette beach (so we had to walk). They treated us to a sundowner on the 15th hole of the golf course, which was amazing so all was quickly forgiven! They don’t advertise the sea turtle nestings on the beach behind our room but we got to save some, with their expert Robert, who had recently hatched and gone the wrong direction and we put them back into the sea - a truly amazing experience. The resort was relatively empty when we were there in January so that added to it also. Beautiful 3-tier pool too. We found the excursions booked thru the hotel to be very high priced so we booked separately. Also the main beach, while beautiful, was very windy and had a good amount of seaweed.
Overall, this resort is amazing! Not a top top 5-star resort but just a shade under a Four Seasons or Waldorf, I’d say. Highly recommend!

Dear Mr Hurlz, Thank you so much for sharing such a thoughtful and detailed review! We are absolutely delighted to hear that you and your wife had such a memorable stay with us. Your kind words about our resort, especially the Junior Suite, the food at The Nest and DIVA, and the service from our team, mean the world to us. We pride ourselves on offering a personalized experience, and we're glad our staff made a lasting impression by remembering your names! We’re also thrilled that you had the opportunity to be part of the sea turtle conservation efforts—what a truly magical experience to help those little hatchlings find their way back to the sea! We’re proud of our team's dedication to protecting the environment and are glad you were able to witness it firsthand. I appreciate your honest feedback on the small hiccups, like the restaurant billing and the transport issue from Georgette beach. These are valuable insights that we'll address to make sure our service is even smoother moving forward. Thank you for your understanding, and we’re glad the sundowner experience helped make up for it! We also take note of your comment about the excursions, and while we aim to provide unique and high-quality experiences, we understand that pricing is an important consideration. We’ll continue to review our offerings to provide the best value to our guests. We’re so grateful for your recommendation, and we truly hope to welcome you back soon for another relaxing and unforgettable stay! Best regards, Alyona Kugaevskaya Quality Manager

One of the most beautiful hotel complexes in the world; Beautiful nature is integrated into the complex and you can see many animals such as giant tortoises, peacocks, large crabs, rabbits, chickens etc. Everything is very well maintained.

In view of the high room prices (from USD 800 per night), one unfortunately has to mention some deficiencies in the hotel complex and also in the food: the rooms seem a bit outdated and a renovation, especially of the bathroom, would really be necessary. The outdated toilet and the low water pressure in the shower are no fun. It's also strange that you're told not to drink the water from the washbasin and not even to use it to brush your teeth. Yes, the water sometimes comes out really brownish, so the pipes would probably have to be renovated, as the hotels in the Seychelles generally have drinking water quality water in the lavabo.

Unfortunately the buffet for breakfast isn't really good. What is very unpleasant is that many birds nibble on the bread in the bread baskets, not very appetizing. The five-star hotel would have to find a solution here. What's also strange is that there are few local fruits and the fruits are not particularly good. But you can find lots of beautiful local fruits at every market. If the hotel is fully occupied, there will be a bit of a crowd at breakfast, but solutions should also be found here.

The Nest restaurant is excellent and offers local fresh fish etc, really very good and fresh and wonderful view.

Unfortunately, the other two restaurants are not particularly good: the main restaurant has a themed buffet every evening. There's always a lot of crowds and to be honest, the food is at best ok, but nothing more. The top restaurant Diva delivers gourmet cuisine, but unfortunately the dishes are a bit searched and contain too many flavors on each dish, which was no joy for us. The large wine list with the extremely fair wine prices made us all the more enjoyable.

Conclusion: despite the world-class hotel complex, we will try a different hotel next time as we were a bit disappointed with the rooms and the food overall.

Dear Valued Guest, Greetings from Constance Lemuria Seychelles! Thank you for taking the time to share with us your experience regarding your recent stay at Constance Lemuria! I am pleased to read that you enjoyed your stay and appreciated that it is one of the most beautiful places in the world. I read about your observations concerning the state of the hotel, which we value. The hotel underwent a soft renovation in 2016 and is continuously improving our structure to better serve our guests. We pride ourselves in providing high quality products for our guest and I regret if it did not meet your expectations. I will share your feedback with our culinary team concerning our breakfast buffet and our little visitors which we need to tackle. I guess we can’t please everyone as our food offering is very often praised for his taste and creativity. We take your feedback positively and see it as an opportunity to raise our level to reach excellence. We thank you again for your feedback and wish you all the best in your travels. Regrettably, no all inclusive plan available. Drinks are expensive but no more than you would expect at a 5 star resort. The sommelier’s are great, if you explain what you like, they will recommend wines to fit your budget. We drank very acceptable wines for around EUR35 a bottle.

I wasn't able to find menus prior to our arrival also. You can ask your travel agent to send the hotel with your reservation preferences If you want the special section outside of The Nest Restaurant with the rocks view you need to book at least 2 weeks in advance. Hope this helps and enjoy your vacation.
