We stayed at the Edgecliff boutique on 21st May for 2 nights in the King bed suite . What a beautiful room with the wow factor . The panoramic sea view is amazing and when the tide is in you feel like your on a million pound yacht. There is no expense spared here with an amazing Vi sprung adjustable bed , Egyptian cotton sheets , white company towels and bath robes . Binoculars are also in the room so you can look out to sea and ship watch . The room plan is fantastic and meets the luxury needs for a all round amazing experience you can even sit in the bath and look out to sea but with privacy . The hosts Neil and Marilyn are just so welcoming and are really lovely with nothing too much trouble and they are very professional and have made their home feel like you are walking into a hotel rather than someone’s private home . Breakfast was just gorgeous made with local produce and just so much choice catering for all . I work for a catering company and I am very fussy with what I eat . Neils breakfast is fabulous we had the full English and the salmon with fresh oranges juice , there was a continental breakfast as well laid out on the table . Neil and Marilyn are a lovely couple who we had the pleasure to meet will miss our chats and listening to amazing stories. Thank you so much for making our time at the Edgecliff boutique just amazing . We hope to see you soon xx

For being in Margate, this has to be one of the best stays I've ever been on. 3 nights of pure bliss with the sun, sea and service. The 2 owners, Neil & Marilyn, you just can't go wrong with them. As it is their home, you will be treated as if you are part of the family. They will always make you feel welcome and not disturbed during your stay. Breakfast is spot on too - me and the Mrs couldn't get enough of it, and wished we stayed longer, just to enjoy it all, a little more. Thank you Neil and Marilyn for a wonderful time, we hope to see you both again!

Stunning house with equally stunning views. We went for our anniversary weekend away and it was really lovely. Neil and Marilyn are so nice and will do anything for you. We messaged them whilst they were out if we could use the iron and instead of just replying where it was they drove back, set it all up and messaged that it was all ready for us and instructions on its use! Now that's going above and beyond! Amazing. I arranged with Neil to have the non alcoholic "nozecco " prosecco package set up in the room whilst we were out as a surprise for my partner which included the wine, fancy chocolates and fresh strawberries presented beautifully with fresh rose petals! Really made it feel extra special! Neil also sent a photo of it to me which was a thoughtful touch. We had beautiful weather so was Lucy enough to see blue seas and skies most of our stay. We stayed in the junior king ( we would have loved the deluxe but it's all booked up... Next time hopefully!) The junior room was very nice, clean and cosy. Beautiful bathroom, everything we needed was available. We watched Netflix on the flatscreen TV. There was tea/coffee making facilities in the room and a little fridge which we found very useful. We visited Westgate on sea for dinner at finbars and also wandered into the village and had a tasty Turkish kebab. We weren't driving so stayed pretty local. We enjoyed the house very much, so many things to look at and take pics of! The breakfast was deliciously cooked by Neil and plenty of choice. We definitely recommend the Edgecliff boutique b&b and hope to visit again one day. Thankyou Neil and Marilyn:)

Nice B&B with very genial hosts, loved the decor in the house with a classic racing bike on the wall. Breakfast excellent and house very clean. Train station only 10 mins away and you could be in both Broadstairs or Whitstable in minutes.

What a find. Views were to die for. Breakfast was top quality, beautifully cooked by Neil. We had a lovely stay, Neil and Marilyn were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Beds were so comfortable, we stayed in the Junior suite, but the king suite is fabulous you will not be disappointed.

Just visited for the weekend, the room was absolutely heavenly. We stayed in the king suite, which had a had a direct view from the bed to the sea. The remote moving bed can be adjusted to sit up and just watch the waves from the sea. The bath, definitely big enough for two was luxurious, with provided bath bombs for added relaxation. The hosts of this bnb were so welcoming and friendly, could not recommend this place enough!

Stayed here with my partner weekend in January 2022. We stayed in the deluxe King Suite and it did not disappoint. The view was stunning and the room was spotlessly clean & warm. Bed was really comfortable and the little touches made it feel really cosy. Breakfast was more than we could imagine with a fantastic selection & not to mention delicious. Neil & Marilyn were incredibly welcoming, relaxed & more than happy to help with anything! The perfect balance of attentive & 'leave you to it' - would definitely stay again!

Booked Edgecliff for a 2 Night stay in the Deluxe Room. The Views from the Bedroom are absolutely amazing as you are literally on the Edge of a Cliff overlooking The Sea with 180 Degree Views. Had a Great en-suite Bathroom and lots of Gadgets in the Room that added a nice touch. Breakfast was superb with everything you could want and again lovely Views. The Hosts Neil &;Marilyn are lovely People and only too Pleased to help. It is a One minute walk down to the Sea Front with a Nice 20 minutes walk either way to some lovely Cafes. We will definitely come back again Next year

We stayed for two nights and couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome. The location is excellent and has stunning views over the sea. Neil was welcoming and cooks a tasty breakfast with quality produce that caters for all. Marilyn is a warm and genuine lady, both of them hosted us wonderfully and wanted to know if there was anything else they could do for us through our stay. Two lovely and interesting characters that you wouldn’t be disappointed to stay with in an equally interesting venue/location
