Just came from 7 nights stay. Very quiet peaceful stay. I've stay with friend we got rooms next to each other so that was nice touch.
Food was nice alot vegetables dishes can find something for yourself if not fussy eater. Please note food was not for English customers/no English Breakfast served so if you happy try something great place.
Location very far from Kusadasi about 20 km so we took a taxi cost around 700 lira.
Transport to the beach provided by hotel few times a day both ways . Also drinks and snacks provided at the beach bar. Thermal baths very nice /women section very quiet to relax in peace also variety of massages available for additional price /littel pricy tho. Outdoor pools nice and clean .
Place was much busier during weekend not much English guests alot of coach trips from Asia but they where aut whole day .
Rooms nice and clean comfortable. Cleaning service could improve as some days water wasn't provided floor mat was not provided few days in raw also toilet paper . So more attention to detail please if advised as 5 star.
Also all staff work very hard providing good quality service.
Guest staying more than 5 nights would get free dinner at roof top restaurant with great views and amazing food 😁

After flying 26+ hours with two kids under five, one of whom has special needs and was not adjusting well to his grandmother's house - we saw this hotel while driving and just pulled over to talk to them. We were able to get in right away and got some peace and quiet. Later in our trip we needed a place to stay again and Hatice, an employee who helped us and even gave us her WhatsApp information in case we needed anything, arranged for us to have a family room.
The WiFi is fast, the staff is friendly, the food is fantastic (best I've had at Turkish hotels and I've been here for 5 weeks traveling), the rooms are clean. The hotel is under new management and was just reopening... Off to a great start!
Oh also they have kid pools in both swimming pools that take a lot of stress out of swimming with two kids.
Recommend if you're staying in Davutlar/Kusadasi and want to get out and see the sights.

We stayed with the family at this Pension from 13 to 20 August 2024. The property is not a resort but a Spa Pension, hence the presence of many locals. Although it is large and beautiful with enormous potential, it definitely does not deserve the 5 stars. The positive points are: Pension quiet, clean overall, restaurant of the 5th top (you have to book for dinner). Cleaning succinct but rooms are made every day with change of towels. Spacious rooms, air conditioning, mini bar, safe. Private beach of the Pension clean with deckchair on the sand and on the private part on synthetic grass. Beach towels and swimming pools available. Very good massage and spa service. Several swimming pools including 2 thermal baths with water at 42/43 degrees. We thank Hassan the representative of Mondial Tourism for his advice and availability with whom we made excursions. The negatives: Pension very far from the airport 1h30 to get there. The beach is 10 minutes by shuttle (35 minutes walk). It is really, off-center by a road, there is nothing next door, no shops, no restaurants and no sidewalks to walk around. You have to take the taxi (to be booked at the reception) to get to the shopping center AVM (15€) or kusadaci (25€). We haven't tested the bus. The all inclusive is not very clear (not everything is included), the food is repetitive and of average quality (nothing to do with the restaurant of the 5th). Beautiful hotel in structure but which happens to be a little damaged by the services. We arrived a little late and no meal tray was waiting for us, just soup at 11 p.m. so we headed to the city. You should know that the city is 20km away which represents 20th by taxi and around 2nd by bus but the buses end early 9:15 p.m. last departure and 11 p.m. last return. The room was clean except the bathroom which needed anti-limescale and maintenance. There is a leak in the wall 🤷♀️. All inclusive is not true all inclusive. They don't show you at the bar what you have in your formula but what you pay for, so you don't really know what to ask for. The buffets are good and good. The staff speaks very little English and no French, which complicates explanations of the entire formula. We left through Mondial Tourism and even the agent gave us incorrect information because nothing was up to date. Some services offered do not exist (eg the sauna and the hamam are turned off). We were told about a patisserie in the 5th that doesn't exist. The roof top restaurant is great, good food and a magnificent view. Cleaning was only done the first 3 days but not the last 3. I went to the hotel 3 times with my family. The architecture is wonderful. The hotel's general areas, rooms and furnishings are very luxurious and clean. The employees are respectful, polite and diligent. They deserve applause. The variety of food, salads and desserts is sufficient.
