Villa Regina is located in a small Istrian village(Prhati, near Višnjan) in central Istria, halfway from Pula to Koper, and halfway Pazin-Poreč. It is luxurious and comfortable and top quality, the gross area of 445 m2, built with double walls of brick and stone. Furnished, the best equipment: whirlpool, Turkish bath, sauna, Guzzini lights, full furnished in wood, high quality parquet and tiles , video surveillance, solar heating, heating oil. Air conditioning in every room, LCD plasma in every room. Outdoor pool 70 m2. Land fully equipped with irrigation. Large outdoor terrace with barbecue and bread oven, 2 kitchens and 6 bedrooms. Large living room, and utility rooms. Parking for 3 cars. On the plot is another house of 80 m2, partly renovated (water, electricity, fireplace, woodwork) is currently designed for the garage, but with all the requirements for housing.

Rented this house but never more ...... paid 8000 euros for 2 weeks had counted on a better accommodation for these money ... broken beds, bad ac function, bad furniture BIG WARNING for all the wasps around the pool area

Dit was een mooie verzorgde villa met voldoende comfort. De woonkamer is groot, zodat dit bij slecht weer nog aangenaam is om te verblijven. Ook was alles zeer proper en fris. Alles is aanwezig (handdoeken, lakens, keukengerief, bbq, pizzaoven, enz ).Wij hadden wel de pech dat er een wespennest aan het zwembad was (die men blijkbaar niet kon of wou verwijderen), de sauna en jacuzzi waren initieel ook defect, maar die hebben ze na enkele dagen toch komen herstellen (jacuzzi was wel niet zo warm). Airco werkte ook niet optimaal en in de badkamer zonder venster hing een vervelende geur die ze ook niet konden wegkrijgen. We zaten er met 4 gezinnen, maar helaas is er maar priveparking voor 3 auto's (het lukt wel met 4, maar dat is zeer krap). Het zwembad zelf was goed. Vlak naast de villa is een mooi voetbalveldje en een speeltuin. Een bakker en klein supermarktje kan je vinden in Visjnan, de grotere winkel vind je in Porec. De Kroaten zelf zijn zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. De omgeving is wel zeer mooi.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 10 Personen. 5 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder (10-16 Jahre) Eigentlich ist es ja ein schönes Haus. Aber wir hatten leider das Pech dieses Jahr die ersten zu sein die das Haus bewohnten. Durch die lange Winterpause waren die Geruchsverschlüsse der Siphons augetrocknet und in allen Toiletten und Badezimmern stank es erbärmlich nach Sch... Auch nach einer Woche war der Geruch noch teilweise vorhanden. Das ganze Haus war bei unserer Ankunft nicht wirklich gereinigt. Geht man einmal mit weißen Socken durch das Haus sind diese nachher schwarz. Auch den Whirlpool mussten wir erst mal putzen eh wir ihn verwenden konnten. Im Geschirrspüler und im WC im EG tummelten sich die ganze Woche lang Ameisen. Es gibt keine Mülltonnen und da wir fast täglich gegrillt hatten kam einiges an Müll zusammen. Die Mülltüten stapelten sich und nachts machten sich dann Tiere über die Mülltüten her. Es kam auch zwischendurch niemand vorbei um den Müll abzuholen. Die Dusche am Pool funktionierte gar nicht und nach ein paar Tagen streikte auch die Filteranlage des Außenpools. Dieser hat nie im Leben 72 m² wie angegeben sondern höchsten 35. Das ganze Haus ist stark abgewohnt und vieles defekt. Schirmständer und Möbel sind alt und fallen teilweise auseinander. Elektrogeräte lassen sich nicht benutzen. Es fehlen teilweise Duschköpfe und in der Wanne im Appartement läuft das Wasser ganz schlecht ab. Das Internet funktioniert nur an wenigen Stellen und ist extrem langsam. Nicht mal Musik-Streaming ist möglich. Auf der Rückseite des Hauses liegen kaputte Gartenmöbel, der Rasen war nicht gemäht. In diesem Zustand und mit dem nicht vorhandenen Service ist das Haus eindeutig zu teuer. Wir waren alle leider sehr enttäuscht. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die schöne und glücklicherweise funktionierende Sauna. Hier sollte der Besitzer mal ein paar Kuna (oder Euros) in die Hand nehmen und das Haus auf Vordermann bringen sowie den Service (Reinigung, Gartenpflege, Poolpflege, Müll) verbessern.

Villa molto bella, camere con tv, climatizzatore e bagno privato, cucina molto grande, spazio per grigliate e mangiate all' esterno e soprattutto spa e piscina nelle quali ci siamo rilassati e divertiti un sacco durante una bellissima settimana di giugno. Da provare!

Sono stata a villa regina sia nel 2012 che nel 2011 con un gruppo di amici. La villa offre un sacco di comfort sia per vacanze tra amici che in famiglia. La casa è fornita di tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno durante la vacanza, sia dal punto di vista dell'arredamento, curato in ogni minimo particolare (televisori e docce con idromassaggio per ogni camera, cucina fornitissima, terrazzo e giardino molto grande) sia dal punto di vista dei servizi (stanza spa e piscina eccellenti, letti comodi, ambiente ordinato e pulito, padroni di casa gentilissimi). Io e il mio gruppo di amici abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente l'ambiente molto silenzioso, ottimo per pomeriggi di totale relax a bordo piscina. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente.
