We were there only for dinner and it was fantastic!! The fish and the meat were perfect and the wine was good too. The waitress and Milena were really nice and we felt really comfortable. It’s also not really expensive. We were 9 people and we all ate a starter a main course and dinner and we paid 200 euros for it! I really recommend this restaurant!🍸
We were delighted to have the opportunity to stay in this small agriturismo, with just a handful of apartment style rooms attached to a Kanobo. It was authentic and the local family were very hospitable plus it was good to support local trade and farmers. The apartment style rooms were fine, if a little dated and the bathrooms were tiny but adequate. Our apartment had a lovely little outdoor seating area with gorgeous panoramic views. Its great there is a fridge, kettle and basic kitchen needs should you wish to use. This makes it unbelievable value. If you like a good swimming pool, this might not be the place for you. The swimming pool area requires some attention as it looks a little dilapidated, there is just one sun lounger that can be used and there is a rather strange seating area in the middle of the little pool. Its slightly overgrown too. We ate in the restaurant one evening with its large wooden outdoor tables and had a great evening, playing cards, eating good home grown produce and fresh seafood cooked on their outdoor grill and their house wine was also palatable. This was a good place for us to base ourselves to visit hill top villages as well as Porec. Terrific value.…
This family owned business is a great place to stay. Simple but deliciuos food and very Nice persons that threat you like a king! We had our appartement with a hudge garden and our own swimmingpool. The breakfast is Great with fresh baked Bread and local sausages, ham and marmalade. A place to return to.
Our family of 5 (kids are 11, 13 and 15)stayed at Milena for 5 nights and July and we loved it. The location in Istria is perfect for day trips to the must see areas. Dorde and his wife and mom we so friendly, and the house, grounds, and view are beautiful (in the green hills with a view of the ocean.) The rooms were rustic and nice (very much like an Italian agristuismo). We did the half pension (only 18 EU per person/day)which I highly recommend! We sat outside for breakfast and had coffee then a very large, full breakfast that was very good and filling. Dinner was three wonderful courses served family style. Dorde sent us off to Budapest with sandwiches and one of the best bottles of wine we have ever had! If you are planning a trip to Istria, stay here!!!
