As far as I understand, there aren't a whole lot of accommodations available in Ibra. We stayed at the Ibra Motel on the way to Wadi Bani Kaleed. Our stay was only for 1 night and was ok, but there was nothing special about it. The rooms were basic with no frills. The beds were decently comfortable and the rooms were decently clean. The wifi hardly worked so we were essentially lacking in internet connection. The location is right in the middle of Ibra. There isn't much as far as tourist sights in Ibra itself so there's not much for tourists to be close to or far from. There are a couple supermarkets just up the road in either direction to pick up snacks for the car and theres a decent local restaurant right across the main road that we went to for dinner. Clean rooms at a reasonable price, good wifi, convenient location off the main road that runs around Ibra. There are several restaurants by the hotel, or across the main road, as well as other shops. The motel is in Ayalat Ibra (upper Ibra, the newer section of town), on the main road towards Muscat (Route 23), next to the OmanOil petrol station (the Rough Guide says next to the Shell station, but it is now an OmanOil).
