I have visited this place many times before. Always able to come for the day and order meals and sit on the beach. However, they now have a sign "no day visitors". As a person who visits Malawi often, and brings visitors with me, it has always been nice to take them to a beautiful beach with excellent food. There...

If you had asked us directly we would have told you that if you pre book with us and we are not full, we always accept day visitors. We just respect our paying guests and limit the amount of day visitiors, which we have always done in the past, so that the residence get the privacy that we offer them...

We went to spend Easter with family in a wonderful location. The rooms were lovely and the food excellent. Management went out of their way to accommodate us, ordering in any drinks we wanted which they did not have in their well-stocked bar and even setting up a private braai for us at a distant edge of the property, with...

We are so sorry about the robbery on your items and money happening on your beautiful stay here. Theft is becoming a huge issue in Malawi and we realize that our chalets without burglar bars can not stay in same tranquil way that Malawi use to offer. Unfortunately in our changing times Malawi has caught up with the rest of...

A beautiful location with excellent management, service and food. The bedroom was comfortable with a great view. The drive from Lilongwe airport is about four and a half hours and a driver/ taxi is recommended rather than renting a car.

On arrival we discovered that we had been upgraded to a bigger room at no extra cost. We had the run of the place and the amazing staff were available for any and all of our needs. Water level of the lake has dropped but it's still a fantastic beach and for those up to the challenge, you can grab...

This relaxing and tranquil bit of paradise met and exceeded our expectations in all respects. The natural beauty of the resort setting was matched by the warm welcome and personal service from the host and staff for our 7-day stay. The accommodation was a perfect touch of Africa, well designed, comfortable, and with the beautiful setting providing welcome privacy. There...

We camped at Makuzi Beach for 4nights in November. An absolutely beautiful white private beach with stunning swimming! Kayaking out to the "island" to go snorkelling was great! The campsite is lovely and green with lots of shade, although a spot to braai on each site would be nice. The ablutions were not always clean. Had a great stay!

They call it a little paradise, and it is!! Beautiful situated on a secluded beach. Just loved staying there :) We camped, which is cheap, but went for the 3-course dinner and buffet breakfast. The food was amazing!!! The setting was very romantic, the dinner was one of the best I had in Malawi and breakfast was yummie. We also...
