Lovely. Great Spa experience. The waiters at the bar very friendly. Pool a bit tiny but the pool area has views for days. The little outside area, outside the resturant also has views to die for. Great place for a relaxing gateway.

Beautiful setting and excellent staff. Level of luxury and finish not up to five star. Food good but by no means exceptional. Rooms ok but lacking polish and detail. Frustrating that for the price we paid, bill gets docked for R100 for a gin that wasn’t part of the inclusive and was not explained. Special tribute to Vitalis. Wonderful guy.

Good day Thank you for taking the time to review us we are happy to hear that the staff took good care of you during your stay. Apologies for the misunderstanding with regards to the beverages all our house drinks are on an inclusive rate we however do have a selection of premium spirits and wines which are an additional cost and this should have been communicated better from our side. We do hope to welcome you back in the near future Kind Regards The Team at Mosaic Lagoon lodge

My best friend and I had the amazing pleasure of staying at Mosaic Lagoon Lodge for 2 nights! The food was extraordinary and the intimate dining area is such a stunning space. You can honestly go to Mosaic Lagoon Lodge in any season and have a blast! They have the most spectacular activities for any group size and our absolute favourite was the quad-biking. The staff are so pleasant and really go above and beyond to ensure you have a fab time! Thank you so much, Mosaic Lagoon Lodge for having us. We are super excited to come again in the future. :)
