Ideally situated at the beautiful Diani beach. It is here that you can experience African hospitality up close and at its best. Perfect match between resort and nature thanks to makuti roofs on rooms, restaurants and bars and the very large tropical garden. One of the widest beach front hotels of Mombasa. Enjoy the All Inclusive concept. Ca. 40 km south from Mombasa, ca. 45 km from Moi International airport and only ca. 8 km away from the nearby Ukunda Airstrip.

We booked this fantastic hotel upon advice of our safari guide Julius Tact (just in front of the hotel) and we did not regret. After five fantastic days in the savannah it was very cool to relax at the beach of this hotel. Food was good, staff was very cute, and the private beach

On the 01st of December we stayed at Neptune village on Galu Beach. We are a total of 40 clients.

The hotel is very big. The beach is amazing. Rooms need to be refurbished and the food really needs to be improved.

For an all inclusive hotel/resort it is great value for money.

The hotel setup is awesome, the staff are friendly and lively. The options to use facilities at both Village and Paradise are excellent incentives to visitors. The rooms are beautiful but please upgrade the TV sets as the current ones are too old. Please tip Alex, the guy at the

We stayed at Neptune village for 5 days and 4 nights.

Checking in and out - Very easy and good customer service. We came in the evening so our rooms were ready. Upon checkout I stopped the evening before and asked what we needed to do. They provided a snack box for breakfast to

I’m planning to travel from Nairobi to Diani and I have booked this hotel, just a quick question, how’s the vegetarian food? As we are all vegetarians..
Hello, happy to read you are travelling to Neptune Hotels. We do have vegetarian food at all our resorts.

Hi, could you tell me the dress code for the restaurant please? Do men need long trousers and do ladies tend to dress up or are normal smart casual summer dresses/skirts ok? We are staying here next month.
Hi, That's a good question, Dress code should be casual wear, a trouser, a tshirt, for ladies yeah, skirts, dresses is o.k.. I had an incident regarding the same sometime back I was straight out of the pool and half dried my self with towel and headed for restaurant as it was lunchtime ,. No sooner had I put starters, Then the manager Mr. Ali came up to me.. To be honest I was abit tipsy and created a scene talked to him rudely,, But then he made me realise the concept why they kept dress code for restaurant, It is for us guest to look presentable, It does make a point if they allow guests to enter with shorts, others will come with wet swimsuits and untidy the restaurant and wet floor is slippery floor... But All in All at Neptune they take good care of their Guests . Beleive me you'll have the best time of your life,.. Hope that answered your question.

Hi,we will be coming in two weeks with my family,do you have a kids club,as i wouldnt want the kids to be bored?
