My flight was via St Lucia where there was a crew change but passengers stayed on the plane. You could walk to nearby shopping centres but you would need to catch a mini bus if you wanted to go the city centre of St George's. If you want to go further afield to visit places of interest, I would suggest booking an official mini bus tour with a bona fide company.
