The Relais Spa Val d'Europe is celebrated for its professional staff and the festive charm it exudes during the holiday season. While the spacious rooms with kitchenettes are a highlight for guests, the hotel's cleanliness across rooms and public areas is particularly commended. Travelers enjoy the array of amenities like the well-equipped spa and the complimentary shuttle to Disneyland. Though the location near Disneyland and shopping venues is a hit, opinions on the hotel's value vary, with some questioning the cost relative to the services provided.

Just back from relais spa val d'europe. There was 10 of us stayed from Thursday to Sunday.

The location of this hotel is fabulous, 2 min drive from Disneyland, shopping centre and outlet just behind hotel, train station also just around the corner.

The hotel offers a free shuttle from the hotel to Disneyland between 08.00 and 23.00,when you want to come back to the hotel you just give the concierge a call and he's there within minutes to collect you.

The rooms were equipped with a hob, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine.

I will definitely be returning.

My family and I (wife and 2 kids) stayed for 2 nights and we absolutely loved our stay here. The service was excellent, the shuttle service to the Disneyland Parks was quick and very convenient, the pool facility was incredible, and we loved our room. Every member of the staff was friendly and responsive and made our stay incredibly stress free and easy. The shuttle to Disney were one of the reasons we chose this hotel and it exceeded expectations as they take you and pick you up from the parks at your convenience. Stop by the desk and they are ready to take you instantly or within minutes. When coming home, just call and they send someone in less than 10 min. The hotel is also just a 5 min drive from the parks. The pool facilities were SO nice with jets and a fountain in the pool which my kids loved. There was also a hot tub, sauna, and steam room which were very nice amenities. 2 showers were also available by the pool which worked great. Our room was a true suite with a set of sliding doors between the 2 rooms. Our bed was nice and the pull out couch for the kids worked great. There was also a full kitchenette with glasses, plates, silverware, etc. which made things easier overall. We ordered dinner room service our first night and it was tasty and came up quickly. Parking was 12.50 euros per day which was nice as the parking was under the hotel and very secure. Overall, we loved this place and it vastly exceeded our expectations. We recommend it to anyone who is going to Disneyland Paris and we will definitely be staying there when we come back.

We booked this hotel in December during Christmas time as a family of two adults and 2 young kids.
Hotel is central to shopping centers and a few minutes drive from Disneyland.
There was a reliable shuttle bus after every few minutes to take guests to the park.
Our room was great with a fully equiped kitchenette.
Just like most of Europe, the room was pretty cosy and tiny.
Our toddler child would constantly get amused by the bathroom which was practically in the kitchen.
The kitchenware was of good quality and well kept.
A small dishwasher was also fitted into the kitchenette.
We would definitely go back to this well kept apart hotel.

My wife and I have been visiting Disneyland Paris and Val d Europe for over 10 years. In all these years we have visited many hotels but none can match RelaiSpa. We like this hotel so much that we visit it at least 3 times a year. What makes this hotel special for us is the service of the staff. They really try to do everything for you. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very good. What is nice is the rooms have a small kitchen including a dishwasher. The curtains are blackout and at night the floor is specially lit by blue lighting so that you can easily find your way to the toilet. As a guest of the hotel you have access to a Spa. And after a day at Disney it is wonderful to use the swimming pool, hot tub, sauna or steam room. If you want even more relaxation, you can also use different types of massages. The breakfast is good so my advice is to always book it extra.
The shuttle bus to the Disneyland park is free and this is also much more luxurious than the large coach buses of the Disneyland hotels and the affiliated Disney hotels such as Radisson Blue or the Vienna chain such as Magic Circus.

This hotel is unique in this area. They know that little things make it special. Think of a personal receipt when you enter the room. But also keeping the door open and making it to the elevator are no exceptions.

We had a number of issues during our 3 night stay, but it was not too expensive and the staff were excellent.

The rooms we had were sort of OK but all 3 (yes, 3) had problems suggesting some issues with housekeeping and a need for a refresh of the rooms. We had very strong smells of damp in two rooms and stained bedding in one. Despite all this, the more senior staff at the hotel were good. They could not have tried harder to make our stay comfortable.

And talking of comfort, the beds were very good, but I found the rooms very noisy. I was woken early two mornings by traffic noise, so if you are sensitive to noise, it is not a great option.

For the size of rooms we had - junior suites - the price was reasonable but I’d prefer more of the space was given over to the bathroom which is tiny and awkward. A second toilet in the room was useful, but not really essential.

We had dinner at the hotel one night which was not bad. Breakfast was quite good and the bar pleasant to spend time in.

This is a hotel near Disney and their offering in that regard is fantastic. We were taken back and forwards at our convenience in their shuttle bus and the concierges doing so always had a smile on their face. Thank you!

Overall, I probably wouldn’t return as the room issues were annoying, but if those were resolved, this is a good option for a few nights near Disney.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Relais Spa. We stayed in a premium family room which was two connecting rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet overnight. The rooms were clean and spacious, just a few things in need of repair such as broken door latches (out of the wall but still in working order) and drawing marks on the wall.

N.B. There are two interconnecting doors meaning the children can close their door to prevent the parents from gaining access... not ideal if you have a child with SEN who can also use the latch on the main door!

The rooms have a kitchenette with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave and hobs so you can prepare your own meals.

Breakfast was good, but bacon, sausages etc. were luke warm. Still very tasty though!

The bathrooms were both spotless, but we were disappointed to discover the showers were very difficult to use as the head is vertical and cannot be pointed down without removing it from the holder and using it by hand. There is only a very small shower screen so it's difficult to shower without water spraying out of the bath. I decided it might be easier to sit down in the bath to wash my hair and ended up slipping backwards and hitting my shoulder joint on the tap, cutting and bruising it. A hands free shower with a wider shower screen would be so much better.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful and the shuttle to and from Disneyland was in a 7-seater vehicle which was so much nicer than travelling on a crowded shuttle bus!!

Hotel was excellent, amazing facilities including a very decent gym.
It was dog friendly and has a very spacious car park too which is nice after needing to squeeze into others around the paris region.
Also all rooms come with a small kitchen, so that’s nice if you intend to cook.

The one and only let down was the F&B team.
The breakfast was indeed excellent but the service staff (Logan in particular) was very rude. Didn’t really want to entertain a table of 9, and very reluctantly showed us to a table. Then when setting up the table deemed it good practice to slam our water glasses down when setting the table whilst we were sat down.
It left a very sour taste in our mouths after having a lovely Prosecco for breakfast with our pancakes.
Coming back from Disneyland the day before, really made a clear comparison between good service and bad service.

We stayed in the Executive Junior Suite. The room was very specious and extremely clean. It was worth paying a bit more for the Executive room as it included free shuttle service which we used for train station pick up/ drop off and to go to/ return from Disneyland Paris. As we were staying with children, there were special toiletries for them with The Little Prince on them- a sweet touch!

The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly, welcoming and professional. The check in/ check out processes were seamless.

The breakfast buffet was acceptable but we would have preferred to see more options. The quality of the food was fine; the bread was delicious. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and that didn't go so well as the quality/ taste of food wasn't great.

But I'm still giving them an Excellent rating due to the great service, cleanliness and spaciousness of rooms. If you're planning a trip to Disneyland, this is the hotel to stay at.

Family holiday to Disney and Paris, family with three teenagers.
We liked this hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout, location good for Disney. There is a hotel shuttle which takes you to Disney (and back, they give you a number to call). Pool was decent, there is also a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The pool has times for young children so you can have a swim separate from the mayhem if you don't have youngsters.
Val d'Europe is a nice newly built area on the edge of Disney, there are nice places to eat and the largest shopping centre I've ever been in.
Paris city centre is easy to get to, the station in the town is on the RER A line which runs through the city centre eg Charles de Gaulle Etoile station takes you out onto the Champs Elysees just beside the Arc de Triomphe.
Our room was two rooms combined with a joining door, several bathrooms and each room had a small kitchen area. The kitchen contains a sink, fridge and dishwasher which was useful. Some of the reviews mention the kitchen area being tired, the wooden doors covering the fridge and dishwasher did show some signs of use but it was pretty minor and the room overall was spot on I felt. There is air conditioning which kept the room at a comfortable temperature night and day.
In summary, we liked this hotel a lot and would stay there again if in the area in the future.
