Excellent stay we had me and my family. We booked for the 3 bedroom apartments. It was just as described on the offer and picture. The perfect place to relax after a long time of lock-down and restricted activities. The village is well guarded, temperature checked for every person each time you pass through the gate (incoming). The private pool is the big plus point to this property, unfortunately, we were there in winter and it's not a heated pool so couldn't take advantage of the pool at night. The fully equipped kitchen has just everything and the team was kind enough to offer some complimentary stuff and arrival cocktail in the villa. Big thumbs up to Mr. Krish for being very informative, responsive whenever we called him or WhatsApp him, and for letting us a late checkout. Thanks again the whole team for making my stay wonderful and we will surely be back very soon.

We have rented the residence for 2 nights 7-9 Sept and we have had a wonderful experience. Very nice residence with private plunge pool. Fully furnished with all required equipment ect. Nice welcome of staffs. Being in the Azuri Village, we have been able to enjoy the facilities of the hotel as well.

We stayed in one of the penthouse of azuri life in blue... Everything was very clean. We had a great welcome.. The areas are very spacious.. Loved our pool area... Many many thanks to our resort manager Mr. Chris.. Very efficient in his work, very helpful to our request... Also the cleaning lady... The staff overful really helpful... Nice, cosy and safe place to stay with kids.. Great restaurants... Overall a very great weekends we had as a family of 6 adults and 2 children

We stayed in two apartments for 8 nights from the 23rd May to the 31st. We were a total of 7 adults and 5 kids. We stayed in the Opaline area which is a great area, close to the hotel, beach and shops. Overall we loved the experience and I think its ideal for family holidays. They were not so busy and we received really great customer service, whenever we called for anything we either had an immediate response or someone at the door to solve our problem, this happened to be often with the wifi connection but they were relentless and sorted the issues out each time. The wifi in the hall area covers the front section of the apartment and one has to then request a modem to cover the bedrooms back section of the apartment. The apartments were fully equipped with the right essentials, from the kitchen to the dishwasher, to the washing machine or the Nespresso machine .... they all worked well and the apartments were always cleaned to perfection. The best part of the apartments which we enjoyed was the space. The bathrooms are also huge nice big showers. The estate itself in terms of the gardens etc. is also very well maintained. There is a huge balcony area with lovey furniture, in fact the entire apartments had lovely furniture finishes as well. The swimming pool was a stones throw away from the entrance of our door which we also loved. When we went to the hotel, they pretty much allow you to use most things, except, the main swimming pool area in the front, however the pool at the spa area is available which was nice, you can also use the kids play area and just have to pay for additional activities, which we were fine with. Water activities had to be paid for as well. It was nice being part off a safe closed off estate, the only issue with this area is that there isn't any shops one can walk to close by on the outside. We had small kids with us and they made a noise and despite this, we were never given any warnings or complaints against us .... so really tolerable in nature too, thanks for this! The only complaint I have is that they probably need to get a more efficient at dealing with the impact of days when it rained, we had 2 days of almost non stop rain and as a result the wifi often cut off completely and more importantly, the solar panels seem to have been affected which then impacted us not receiving hot water. This was the case only in one of our apartments (Opaline 20) but also, we were told that the element needed to be fixed as well. When we raised this, we were kindly given the keys to Opaline apartment 22 which was above us to make use of the showers, we did so once only and thereafter the same problem happened in apartment 22 as well. So, for the total 8 days we basically had hot water for only 4 days. The water issues happened from the Monday and it was only properly fixed by Thursday. On Monday no one could come to examine the problem (this is when we were given the keys to apartment 22), Tuesday they arrived and said it would be fine but it wasn't, Wednesday they came back and fixed it a bit but not properly, we were then also offered keys to a third apartment to use. We had lots of stuff and were really not happy to move apartments so we continued to stay where we were. Only on Thursday around 12pm I was told that it was fixed so we could have a proper shower on Thursday night and Friday morning only. All along the way, I was kept informed and Arnaud Glannes (the Resort Manager) apologised many times for the inconvenience. I understood and appreciated the updates and efforts. I am a strong believer that its not WHAT happens but rather HOW its dealt with and we were dealt with very professionally. Apart from this water issue, the stay was great and I would definitely recommend it.

My husband, 2 daughters ages 7 and 8 stayed for a week over Easter from London and I cannot tell you how impressed we were! The apartments were absolutely immaculate, huge, high spec. Everything you could need and more, washing machine flat screen TVs in bedrooms and lounge, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms, it really was like being in a luxury London apartment The cleaning offered was superb l, housekeeping came everyday, put away the breakfast things, did the dishwasher. I wanted to take her home with me! Resort itself has everything you need, great gym and a couple of pools and the restaurants and cafes attached to the hotel were very reasonable, kids eat free under 4 and half price thereafter. I was very concerned that I wouldn’t have the security you get staying in the hotels well I couldn’t have been more wrong. Arnaud, the resort manager is a total pro, from The minute we arrived (when he opened the car door and greeted us by name) we knew we were in safe hands. The apartment was ready early, everything was spot on! Cannot thank him enough- we called him at 11pm at night as we were poorly and he gave us all the directions to Local clinics. Telephone numbers etc, never more than a message or call away. Also we left an ipad and he has been amazing at arranging the shipping back to us in London. Really amazing level of service, blown away by his kindness. Totally recommended, do not hesitate to book.
