Many improvements have been made by management for the well-being of all customers.
The Chef offers a divine menu, made with extremely fresh products. The service is carried out by available and efficient team, discreet but who knows how to listen and often ahead of your requests.
The cleanliness of the "privilege" room that we occupied for a fortnight is equal to the 4 stars of the property.
Add a little attention from the maintenance staff and you will have the Impression of being the only guests at the property.
Do not hesitate to go to this little piece of paradise, you will leave enchanted.
My room was in a small new building, annexed to the main building. Absolute calm, very large room (almost too much...) with all comforts, swimming pool nearby.
Room rates are very correct for this range of comfort, only the restaurant is quite "elitist" with a single evening menu at 43 € certainly of a very good standard. Without this small downside, I would have put without hesitation 5 stars.
I recommend.
We come every year to this hotel which decided to cut down part of the pine forest that the swimming pool overlooked.
So where are you in the fight to save nature?
And the kindness when we explain to you that we are coming to celebrate my mother-in-law’s 80th birthday? And the wifi still doesn't work,...but offering a glass of wine would probably jeopardize your budget.
We will no longer come and will let people know about it.

Burning carpet and lots of crumbs. Door handle broken as well as the wall. The balcony let's not talk about it, I couldn't even walk barefoot outside... Not worthy of a 4 star on certain points. And let's not talk about the restaurant, not much choice and very expensive. The only positive point is the breakfast in the room.
In short, 500 euros for 3 days 😅 to sleep in the dirt and still be hungry....
The swimming pool is under construction on barriers all around......

Pool with 29 deckchairs for 102 rooms. Forced us to lie on the floor. The pool full of people as in a basic campsite. It jumps, it eats, it drinks. No surveillance... If you seek silence, flee! When you report this lack of space at reception, you are told: you do not have to leave a comment, so it is.
Breakfast not worthy of a mercury. Staff should spend less time on their mobile phones (two young waitresses) to spend more time renewing what is missing.
Paid Spa: 35€ per person for 2h
Pros:
server in the evening very efficient: Gino
Very efficient and adorable blonde cleaning lady with glasses
Emilia at the reception very accommodating
There is very good tea but only coffee cups and no kettle
The cushions in the relaxation area are stained
45 euros per person for 2 hours and no hammam is really not correct. The least you can do is notify people at the time of booking
No 4 stars, no no

The cons : staff generally little interested by looking after clients (they didn’t ask once about my stay), rooms are not cleaned nor maintained properly, showing many signs of wear and tear. A car is required for anything except golf.
