It was such a pleasure to discover this amazing property. My wife and I spent a fantastic honeymoon stay. Staff was very caring and the room was amazing. Special thanks to Yeshvin who look after us during our stay and ensure everything was perfect. we will definitely come back again.

Greetings ! We've been to Chalets Chamarel, and the scenery is truly breathtaking. Staff and management must be more customer-focused. We were delayed by one and a half hours in receiving the room, and the staff seemed unconcerned about the client. Fortunately, Mr Shiva was present and did his best to accommodate our request. When we checked in, the floor of the room was wet and there was a lack of hygiene. The variety of food was limited, and for five people, we were given one portion and told to pay more when we inquired. We were only offered tea infusion for tea time, and when we inquired, the guy informed us that this is all that was available. When we told him we were leaving, he didn't seem to care. Apart from the scenery, nothing is recommended in our opinion.

Nice place, great views, and friendly staff. Tea time included in half board package during week days. Food in general is typical Mauritian food so don’t expect a buffet like in hotels. However we were not allowed to take photos by using our camera (Nikon) which they consider professional camera. We tried to explain to the staff that we are not professional photographers and are only taking photos for personal use but we were told it’s management decision and permission is needed to use a camera. A bit weird considering this place also welcomes tourists and cameras are so popular these days….

The place to be if you want to clear your mind in the middle of no where with amazing views. But the 2 year chalets desperately need some renovation. Towels were dirty, tv didn’t work properly, WiFi stop working by midnight and finally shower drain was not working properly. Food was minimalist. Still it’s a great concept and experience.
