DelRoza Guest House is in the heart of Middleburg, conveniently located close to where I needed to work. The property is beautifully decorated, well maintained garden and plenty of parking inside the yard. At breakfast, good coffee and freshly made omelette. I enjoyed that. Excellent location to stay for Business and for private reasons. nicely equipped; rooms with great king size Beds; WiFi works properly and many corners to just be there and enjoy. The garden with lots of beautiful plants and flowers. The water games and the pool make the whole hotel appearance even more exquisite. The breakfast is individually made, no waste. Friendly people all over the place. Since I discovered this hotel in 2019; I never looked further. I always make the point to stay there.

Lovely rooms, exceptional friendly, efficient staff. Will be back for next tennis tournament. Only gave 4 stars for sleep quality as generator was quite loud, but such is the state of this country, so understandable. The bed was very comfortable. Happy not to be load shedded.

Was only a night but clean and big rooms. Enjoyed the stay. Great and friendly service. There was ample, secure parking for your car. The generator kept the place going during load shedding. The only place I know with an honesty bar.

Del Roza is a comforting, peaceful, beautiful place to stay! The staff is just the best! They are caring, helpful, and so friendly! They treat you like family and meet your every need! The breakfasts are delicious and the Braii is out of this world! The grounds are so well maintained and the rooms are spotless! Del Roza is my home away from home!

The breakfast was great, looked forward to it every morning and did not skip a day. The room was clean and comfortable and staff went the extra mile to ensure it was warm upon my return on a cold day. The wifi speed in my room could have however been better. Overall a great guesthouse and looking forward to return in the near future!

The restful nights in the freshly cleaned rooms every day were always complimented with an outstanding breakfast and the best cup of coffee your taste buds could offer. The hospitality at Del Rosa is unmatched in America, and the true passion each worker carry’s with them shines throughout the quality customer service. Absolutely will be coming back again. 10/10.

The hosts were very friendly. The breakfast was great and came in time. The guest house called early after we had left to notify us about the stuff we have left behind. The area is well maintained and is cleaned regularly.
