We arrived late afternoon, tired from spending the whole day on the motorcycle. The staff was very professional and very quick to sort out our accommodation details. The room was perfect and peaceful and we could really have a nice rest. We left well rested and happy. Would have liked to have undercover parking for my motorcycle.

Response from Vasu M, Owner at Renaissance Guest Farm
Responded 13 May 2018
Dear Guests I thank you very much for the great review. I am so sorry that I was unavailable at the time as I would gladly have let you park your motorcycle in the garage. I will convey your excellent review to my staff namely Mrs Victoria and Ms Thandi. I assume they were apprehensive about suggesting the garage for parking as we had just offloaded boxes for storage of one of the guests. We wish you well and hope to see you again some time. Take care, regards Vasu and Staff.

I would highly recommend this guest farm. The staff and owner went out of their way to make me comfortable and were very helpful, friendly, warm and accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and have everything you would need. The Julius Caesar room is beautiful and spacious! The farm is conveniently located just outside Queenstown in a pretty setting, with outside spaces to relax in. I would definitely return!

Occupation : 3 working weeks Situated about 5 kms out of town. Rooms are extremely pleasant and comfortable. Staff very friendly but communication in English should be double checked to ensure full understanding. Whilst they made every every effort to accommodate dietary requirements - the average meal offerings are extremely 'budget' type meals (stews etc). In comparison with other 3 star establishments I stay at for business (at the price charged) definitely below average - the menu needs to be reviewed to include more 'upmarket' meals. Everything tends to be cooked 'well done' including breakfast & probably due to the practice of microwave warm ups & lack of culinary skills. I enjoyed the overall hospitality of the guest house which is why I have rated a generous average -but any future stay would not include meals.
