We loved staying here! Stunning views. Amazing staff. The most incredible sense of rest and relaxation. Set on a hill overlooking the valley filled with game it is a must if you are thinking of visiting Addo.
5-star service, 5-star hunting, 5-star accommodation, and 5-star views. From when we arrived, we felt at home and we struggled to leave. I will definitely recommend Thorndale for anyone who is looking for a great getaway to rest and even do a bit of hunting as well. Eva, Resse, and Petrus were great and very welcoming. I will be back soon.

I visited last April with four of my friends. We were greeted at the airport by our P. H.’s Mathew and Reece who drove us to the ranch. The moment we arrived we fell in love with the place. The lodge was clean and perfectly located on top of a hill over looking the ranch. The supporting staff were extremely kind and friendly and the food was unbelievably delicious and abundant. Hunting was lots of fun with the guidance of Reece and Mathew. I look forward to planning another trip to Thorndale in the near future. If you ever go there choose to hunt an Ostrich :)
