Travellers' Choice
The Hotel Sinis Vacanze Sa Pedrera is in the centre of the Sardinien west coast, 6 Km away from Cabras a small village by the homonymous lagoon, and 15 Km away from Oristano. The Sinis Vacanze Sa Pedrera is in the middle of the biggest protected marine area of Italy: The Peninsula of sinis - Island of Mal di Ventre"which with its complete eco - system represents an environmental patrimony of great interest. Thanks to its position you can reach the marvellous beaches of quarz sand, similar to rice such as Mari Ermi, Is Aruttas and Maimoni or the Park of Seu where you can see the typical flora and fauna of the mediteranean area as the pink Flamingoes and many other types of birds living in the lagoons. You can visit he Ruins of The Phoenician - Punic City of Tharros, the Hypogeum of San Salvatore and the many Nuraghi all around the area. The Hotel is made of different buildings harmonically fitted into a green oasis. The 14 rooms are all furnished with semplicity of shapes and very fine taste. They all look onto a big porch within which there is an elegant garden. The rooms have air - conditioned, phone with wake-up service, satellite TV, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, safe. Just a few steps away from the hotel you can enjoy the restaurant whit it's local specialities such as the Bottarga, the Burrida, anguille fish.

We stayed at this hotel during our vacation roundtrip trough Sardinia. These types of "nature / bio" hotels are usually our favorite. Especially when it comes with very friendly staff and good hygiene. The hotel is perfectly located in the Sinis peninsula. Every attraction in the area is just a short drive away (Tharos, Arutas, flamingo spots). The hotel and rooms are very well maintained and clean. Also props for the housekeeping for the great work. It has a good and big restaurant. (Keep in mind that its closed on mondays and teusdays tho). Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Highly recomended!

We stumbled upon this little hidden gem after having difficulty finding a nice place to stay near the Sinis Peninsula and Tharros. Hotel Sa Pedrera is as close as you get - about 10 minutes’ drive from all the local sights. Well appointed, pleasantly furnished and quiet rooms in a shady garden with fridge, aircon, safe and comfortable beds. Good continental breakfast -you can order eggs and bacon for a modest extra charge. Owner is very friendly and speaks English. A restaurant is next door. Ample parking.

Our group of sixteen hikers stayed here for two nights. Unfortunately our first night coincided with a large wedding celebration that went into the early hours of the morning but most of us were so tired we slept anyway. The rooms were quite big enough and the beds comfortable. The rooms all look out onto a large courtyard. The hotel is really in the middle of nowhere so we ate in the hotel and that was fine - the meals were good and there was plenty of choice. Breakfast was also enjoyable and again with plenty of choices. They hire our bikes if you want to go to the nearby beach

Nice hotel, quiet place, good and clean rooms. We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our group of 8 does like walking in the countryside and there were plenty of opportunities to do so in the environment of the hotel. Breakfast was great. Food in the restaurant was very good, but wait times for our group were too long.

Lovely hotel in the country side. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast is a feast. The atmosphere is very pleasant, people are friendly. Service in the restaurant at dinner was a bit slow but yet sympathetic. The grilled fish plate is great, like the catch of the day. Hope they can keep up this quality level for the future.
