When you are travelling, it is rare to find a place that checks all the boxes but this is certainly one. It is not only a place where you will spend the night, it is a place where you will have a great experience. We visited the B&B in September, at the very end of the tourist season and were actually the only visitors in the villa. As mentioned in other reviews, the villa has several large suites, all renovated, some overlooking a small garden where you can relax. An excellent breakfast is served across the street at the Agriturismo Pinuccia, all food homemade, including a Nutella equivalent as the lady of the house likes to emphasize...It also just happens that the Agroturismo is the best restaurant in town so, make a dinner reservation as soon as you get there....This is an experience in itself: no menu, the food is what the lady decides but it is always uniformly excellent..and always homemade...We cannot wait to return.

What we found in Cabras was simply the best stay in all of our Sardinia holidays. The rooms are spacious, very clean and recently renovated but yet authentic. Pinuccia and her husband are superb hosts. For breakfast we were served a different freshly baked cake every morning and also a wide variety of home made marmalade and bread alongside with fresh fruit juices coming straight out of the garden. As the B&B Monte Prama works together with the Agriturismo Pinuccia Cabras, it’s also possible to have dinner. She is a fabulous cook using fresh ingredients and cooks local traditional dishes with a lot of heart and also shares into the secrets of her recipes for those who want to try to cook Sardinian dishes at home. Pinuccia and her husband are very helpful in planning trips around the area of Cabras and recommended us some superb beaches as well as organized dinner in local restaurants for us. We had a wonderful stay in Cabras and can really recommend this place – Sardinian hospitality at its best! Stefan

We only stayed for one night on our road trip around Sardinia. The accommodation is really nice, house in a quiet street, it is possible to park right in front of the house, rooms are clean and very comfortable. The owners are very nice and friendly, but only the young speak English. Dinner and breakfast are served across the street - breakfast was only sweet, but excellent (home made cakes, jams, different kinds of fresh juices..). It is worth ordering dinner as well, it serves as a meeting point. In our case there were around 16 people at two tables, so we had a nice opportunity to talk to locals as well as other tourists, which was nice. Dinner was excellent, all home made - pasta, vegetable salads, fish etc. + wine all time and spirits at the end. It has a defined timing, so at 10:30 you have to leave.

We stayed there for 1 night and for the town of Cabras it is enough. There is nothing to see. But this B&B is one of the best in Sardinia we stayed in. There are 3 rooms on the first floor, each is large, new and has own bathroom. Everything was clean and nice furnished. You really feel here like at home. And the breakfast was amazing! Everything is homemade and Mr. Simone with his mother are great hosts. It it not very cheap, but I can only recommend this place!

B&B Monte Prama has nice, clean and big rooms, with a good bed and nice bathroom. Welcome was very short and simple, however. No information provided about surroundings and things to do. We felt a little bit lost. Nice breakfast, served at the agriturismo across the street. There are little things to see and do at Cabras and also Oristano was a little bit disappointing. We could have skipped it on our roundtrip of Sardegna.
