Our room was actually in another building nearby, about five minutes walk from main building. Beautifully restored and comfortable with huge living area and great bathroom. A kettle provided but no cups nor tea/coffee etc. would have been nice to have had some water in the room too. No wi-fi.

This is a charming conversion, with interesting rooms, heritage furniture and, above all, a very ver good restaurant serving local specialities with simple service and good value. The town is a maze of little streets and you may take a while to find it, but keep trying, you will get there!

My wife and I spent a wonderful time at the Sas Benas. The property is meticulously restored and features antique furniture in every room. The property is perfectly appointed and extremely welcoming and comfortable. The service was impeccable. Breakfast was beyond compare. We actually changes our plans so that we could stay an extra night. We will certainly return. Many thanks to our wonderful hosts.

Dear reader, I am writing this evaluation report in order to honor the host for exceptional services and to provide to future visitors a reference to trully enjoy the small pleasures of life! I could not just stand away of commenting and reccomenting such an excellent locality. On 08/07/2016 I have visited the graphical community of Santu Lussurgiu for business purposes. As part of the day's itinerary was to interconnect with local businesses and liaisons. Sas Benas was suggested and so as a consequence we end up having lunch in the integrated restaurant and spent two nights in the traditionally made accomodation. The accomodation provided excellent services, regarding hygiene, convenience and customer service and support. Thank you for the nice time spent. Kind regards K.S

I loved this place, despite the fact that it is difficult to find. It has atmosphere, character and friendly, helpful staff. The town of Santu Lussurgiu is beautiful and the hotel really carries the feel of the town through its doors. Best hotel towels I've ever had. It is not a trendy hotel but a hotel full of Sardinian decor: thick stone walls and steps, old wooden doors, modern bathrooms and huge keys. Really lovely.
