This was our 4th visit to these apartments and they never disappoint. They are very clean, well appointed and this year the access to the slope has been replaced with an actual pisted run. The boot room door opens right onto the blue run which leads to the main lifts. Ski hire on site at the front door. Ski lockers have heated boot warmers to dry boots overnight. The kitchen is compact but has everything needed including a small cleaning pack with dishwash tabs, cleaner and washing up liquid.
Beds were comfy and we had a lovely view from the balcony over the town to Mont Blanc.
You can borrow a fondue or raclette or board games from reception. Short walk downhill to the main shopping area.
Would recommend for families, couples or groups looking for well priced self catering accommodation.

This is the 4th year we’ve used Le Belmont and yet again we were not disappointed!! We booked a 2 bedroom this time and had plenty of space in the apartment with lots of storage space for 4. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There’s a ski rental shop and parking on site. If parking is full there is a covered garage just a short distance away. The boot room opens straight onto a slope that takes you directly to the Transarc gondola. You can also ski back into the apartments.Excellent location to slopes and also just a 5 minute walk to the shops and bars. Reception and recreational space on first floor with nice high end feel. Nespresso capsules and bakery items are available . from reception along with games and sledges to borrow. A cleaning pack is provided in the kitchen with cloths, washing up liquid and 7 dishwasher tablets which is a nice touch! Staff were very helpful as always!! Will be back.

Luckily there was just two of us staying in a room for four or it would've been very cramped. We booked our first ski holiday for our honeymoon which was expensive in itself so didn't mind a basic apartment but. However, I broke down in floods of tears when I saw the reality when faced with a sofa bed.
It was good to be able to 'ski out' however ski-ing in was very dicey as a beginner & intermediate so the walk up with equipment was awkward.
Overall apartments are clean and tidy however very small and dated.

Dear catherinebL4690DG, Thank you very much for your comments. We are sorry that the apartment was too small, we have other rooms types like 1 bedroom for 4 people which have a separate bedroom. Best regards

Just got home from our stay in Les Arc. We arrived at the property and only 3 out of 4 of the rooms were ready for us upon arrival. When we got to the rooms, they were filthy, you would generally find nicer rooms in a pig sty. When leaving we left the rooms spotless and now have received emails from this property saying they are withholding our deposits. Absolute disgrace. If you could give -5 stars I would.

We (myself plus 2 teenage sons) had a 1 bedroom apartment at Le Belmont. The apartment suited us fine, the apartment can sleep 5 which would have been particularly cramped.
The apartment has a kitchen corner with four place hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There was adequate crockery, utensils, pans etc for our needs. There was a coffee machine, kettle, tea pot and toaster. A cleaning kit and tea towels were also provided.
The apartment was well designed with plenty of cupboard space and hooks for coats.
As I’ve found before in France you have to make your own beds with the linens provided when you arrive.
I slept on the sofa bed and found it comfortable
You can order breakfast bakery items from Reception.
As others have said you can ski out and ski-in but it’s not the easiest and for confident skiers only.
My only niggle was the Wi-Fi which didn’t work well and I gave up trying to connect. Fortunately there is very good 4G so best to get a data pack before you travel.

Le Belmont was a good ski in and ski out location, although skiing in would be chalellenging for a beginner. Comfortable apartment and nicely laid our reception area. It awa nice touch that the reception loaned out board games

Practical accommodation for a family ski trip. The apartments are fairly basic, but have everything you need for cooking and sleeping. The location is excellent - ski in and ski out and walking distance to the main ski lifts, shops, bars and restaurants. We have been back 3 times as it meets all our needs.

This year (CY22) we booked our ski trip really late. although most ski resorts were fully booked we found a place in the Belmont + esf lessons for my 9y son + esf lessons for my 14y daughter. so we were quite excited to go back to les arcs where we went several times before. when we showed up the parking was horrendous, the line at the SKISET store in the Belmont literally took 2 hours, the quality of the room was very average for the price (nothing broken though), one elevator was broken, the ski locker room was probably the worst one I have ever seen, there were hundred of lockers and only 2 benches that people would fight for, no heating to dry the shoes, and finally the path to go to the slopes and back to the building were far from practical. overall we were not very satisfied and it's pretty much sure that we will never go back to the Belmont.

Currently staying at Le Belmont. Family of four in a one-bedroom apartment that sleeps 5. Glad we booked this rather than a studio as that definitely would be cramped. Ski in and out is only for competent skiers as down narrow and icy tracks. But if you can manage it, the location to the Trans Arc gondola is great. Bit of a walk down quite a lot of steps to main area with bars and restos. However, we got a great deal through skiworld so can't complain! Receptionists are lovely and helpful and you can order bread/croissants/juice etc for collection from 8am in the morning which is handy. First time in Les Arcs, and we loved it.

We stayed in Le Belmont for a wonderful sunny week of skiing in March 2012. Les Arcs 1800 is a great location with super access to the pistes. Le Belmont claims to be ski in ski out but unless you are a very advanced skier it really isn't. Best way to ski back in is to duck under the net and go through the ski school.

We booked a studio for 4 people that really wasn't big enough for 4. The bunk beds are in the corridor by the front door and are very uncomfortable, the sofa bed in the lounge is pretty cosy and also uncomfortable. With all our ski stuff there wasn't enough room to swing a ski pole. The balcony was nice and had a cracking view but the room stunk of smoke. The kitchen is basic but we knocked up some great grub despite not having an oven or grill.

The other downside here is there's very little sound proofing so you can hear doors banging and people shouting most of the night. I guess the cheap value attracts people on boozy ski holidays and arc 1800 does have a lively nightlife.

Overall we had a great holiday but we're shattered as we hardly slept all week in the uncomfortable beds and all the noise from other guests.

I’d say it’d be risky. General trend in that area seems to be later starts to the season. You can of course get lucky! There would be no shortage of accom though so best idea is to book the flights and leave the rest till it starts snowing. Tignes used to be a safe bet at start of December, but nowadays I’d wait till late December.
