Easy to find and park, friendly efficient staff, lovely atmosphere in bar with good ale, terrific food local and grown on site. Such an interesting place so take a tour of the gardens, polytunnels, biomass boiler, solar panel and observatory.

Just back from a couple of nights here. Had a night at the observatory which was very good. Food excellent but it's the staff that make the place. Such a lovely welcome and great, friendly service throughout. We hope we'll be back again soon.

Same menu but what they don’t tell you until check out is that the sides and drinks aren’t including in your £25 pp allowance!
