Is the train still open as a restaurant ?
The dining cars from The Orient Express are still in business. Make a reservation. (Also, go on in if you are told that there are no openings. We did that and were seated immediately. My understanding is that the number of reservations allowed depends on the number of staff on duty rather than the number of seats available. The front desk advised us to try it, so we just showed up and were seated promptly).

I'd allow 5 and a half hours including trip to the cliffs and lunch. U will enjoy it all I live near Dingle and I love it. We did cliffs after Glenlo. Amazing! Enjoy your trip to Ireland 🇮🇪

10 minutes but there is not a shuttle - they just have a taxi on call. I don't recall how much it was but not expensive.
