I doubt if they have any self driven cars. the biggest stumbling block to travel in Goa is the exorbitant pricing of private taxis. It is a nexus and only the taxi fellows from that area will operate and they charge only in multiples of 1000 and not 100s like other cities
Even the old rickety autorickshaws are a rip off. Travelling by Bus is unthinkable as it can break your backbone. It is ideal to take our own vehicle or arrange one through a friend who is a resident of Goa.
