EXCELLENT: I had the pleasure of spending a five-day period, a property located in a perfect location, in the center but very quiet. The check-in procedure was very quick, the reception staff was extremely courteous and helpful in providing information on the structure and the services offered, as well as on the attractions of the place. The room was spacious, clean and well furnished. Excellent restaurant, with rich and varied food and quality service, helpful and qualified staff. Sublime owners, a family, attentive to every need. Excellent wifi line present on every floor of the hotel. We stayed for two nights, between drafts of wind (because the window glass was pierced) , hard as a stone mattress , pillows that looked like wooden boards, nightmare nights! Not to mention the closet with only one door because the other was broken and absent and the cleaning of the bathrooms, dirty coating and shower tray full of hair, and in the dust room everywhere, we want to talk about the sockets ? one socket in the bathroom and the other near the front door in short, nothing to do with the photos that were catered in the profile of the hotel .. the guys in the bar that every time I asked nicely to warm the bottle to the 8-month-old girl one threw the ball at the other with a smile from "he mocked " It almost weighed on him!! We spent three wonderful days, I would have liked to spend another 10 because we felt at home! The owner Alessandro is a wonderful person, super staff, and the restaurant manager Ferruccio is fantastic, hilarious, kind and helpful! We will definitely be back. Clean rooms, fantastic shower, delicious and super fast restaurant and a constantly evolving structure. Even our 2 year old daughter felt at home and spent some wonderful days also thanks to the availability of Alessandro who made the TV in the hall available to make the children dance. We stayed in this hotel in 2019 and this year but in 5 years things have only gotten worse, we hoped to find something better but nothing, the rooms are getting worse, old sofas in the stairs that restrict the passage, zero maintenance in the entire structure The only new area is the restaurant because apparently it was created for their needs in the place where there used to be entertainment, given the location in the main street of the town and it's a shame to see this abandonment.
