We had booked this hotel by telephone the day before our arrival, also communicating the approximate time. We found ourselves in this hotel by pure chance, after literally running away from the previous Accommodation booked on booking, as it was abominable. The guy who welcomed us and 'was very friendly and considerate. The hotel is lovely, decorated with a Christmas theme all year round. The room very cozy, clean and well heated. Definitely to return. It was a real pleasure!
