On the other hand, they have a pool table that doesn't work well, balls get stuck, but they don't have the key to open it and give you the ball.
And finally, several workers did not speak or understand Catalan and you had to ask them for things in Spanish.
We really expected more, since the price is not cheap.
The rooms are quiet and spacious. We loved that they prepared a bed and dishes for our pet, since the hotel is Petfriendly. The right food too and the surroundings spectacular.
If you are looking to disconnect the place is ideal. We'll definitely be back.
Clean and correct room, yes, delivered at 2:50 p.m. (You can't enter until 3:00 p.m....) The door to the room can only be closed when leaving with a good slam, which makes it difficult to do the A nap is impossible...the soundproofing does not exist and at 7 in the morning the doors start slamming again......summary at 8.30 we left the hotel with the firm idea of never going near it again.... .!!!!!
You pay for 4-star accommodation... and nothing to see. To begin with, the receptionist served with quite a bit of reluctance, we arrived at the room and it was connected to another, with a door where we could hear everything and there was no privacy at all, there were electrical problems with the plugs and the device for the entire room card. the night making noise.

The buffet has nothing to do with what they show on the website, you cannot pay in cash, they do not replenish the food... it leaves a lot to be desired for the price they charge for a dinner.
Very disappointed, we will not return.
The pool area needed attention, the pool was dirty and had scum line around it. The pool beds and cabanas needed cleaning and repairing.
We were disappointed with the standard of hygiene in the bar area. It was dirty, the glasses were not cleaned properly and tables were sticky. The glass doors were greasy and covered in fingerprints.
The reception staff were very helpful and professional.
Food was good and restaurant was clean.
We made the Reservation by telephone, Miss. Paula very kindly. He informed us of the prices and passed us a budget for a stay from August 9 to 18. Half Pension, which we accepted and proceeded to make the payment and signal.
The surprise was when we arrived at the hotel, we were attended by a rather high-handed gentleman and told us that we only had bed and breakfast. It turns out that a week ago they had suspended the Half Pension Service and had advised part of the guests and another part had not, that we were one of them. At that moment we got angry with him and his answer was that if we wanted to cancel there was no problem.
Of course when you already have your vacation planned and you are 2.30 hours from home, you have no choice but to comply.

As we checked in, we saw that on a reception screen they advertised a massage pack. We asked the gentleman, whose answer was “I don’t understand why they turn on the screen when we don’t offer this service.”
We arrived at the room, correct and clean, but during our stay we detected a lack in cleaning and maintenance. We checked they weren't sweeping the floor. The shower was jamming, we warned reception, we were told that maintenance would happen, but if they passed certainly they did not repair it because it continued to jam.
Another thing was the wifi, very bad sign.
As for the pool, in the photos of the website it looks like a spectacular pool, the reality is different, but nevertheless not bad.
We have spent the week of our holidays and the day has come to leave. We went to reception to check-out and another surprise, the boy who serves us tells us that we have not paid the taxes, our answer was that if we had paid it, that we had the bill in the car. She makes us go get her, when we show her, she goes get a girl from the office. He looks at it and doesn't understand, tells us the bill has doubled.
In short, we believe that this is a place that has many possibilities, but that the current management is very bad.
To be a SERHS hotel, we think you should take action on it.
