The price is VERY high for what the hotel is, and let alone the food..

The hotel is half modern but very dirty! The truffle menu is completely overrated and not worth the money. My husband was not well at night although he is insensitive to food. We came here on Recommendation but probably rest on the Michelin review from 2017!
When we pointed out the shortcomings, we were asked with a smile to pay the full price and leave. The SPA area is mouldy!
Normally I only rate if it was good (everyone has a bad day, after all, I am a hotel manager and know what I am writing about!) but this is not worth 4 stars!
After a long journey to get there, I come from Italy (I left there at 12 am, rented a car in Madrid and had adverse atmospheric circumstances along the way, I find that the person who is at the reception greets me quite coldly, so much so that he hardly takes his eyes off the computer to say hello. Generally in such a site you are welcomed, asked how about the trip, or even offered water... Customers are people who usually make a long journey to get to the sites we are going to visit and who also pay amounts for certain services that do not exist or are performed reluctantly.
After spending a considerable amount on one night, it has been humiliating the way this person has treated us and invited us to go to the Guardia Civil
I don't understand how this person can be in charge of the hotel
