About

#1 of 6 B&Bs / Inns in Ronciglione
We introduce ourselves as a viable and attractive alternative to the traditional hotel for those who are to stay for long or short periods, for reasons of business or pleasure, in the village of Ronciglione (VT), at 450 meters above sea level, in the green heart of Lazio, where it maintains a historical and cultural heritage and of great archaeological value, thanks to the ancient Etruscan civilization that developed here.

We had a one day stay in Ronciglione as a stopover to see Villa Farnese in nearby Caprarola. The modest hotel is in a good location and our room (the Penthouse apartment) was exceptionally spacious. Furnishings were modest but comfortable and there was also a decent kitchen. The rate was very reasonable for the huge private terrace overlooking the old medieval village which is also definitely worth exploring. The reception hours are limited so it is advisable to check ahead. Everyone working there was super helpful and wanted to make our stay very pleasant

We spent one night here on a two week bicycle tour of Italy. The quality of the accommodation was excellent and the staff were pleasant, efficient and friendly - they provided space for our bicycles right in the foyer! The view from the patio over the canyon and the quaint town was amazing - perfect place to have a glass of Chianti followed by a nice pasta dinner. I'd seen pictures of Pitigliano and was disappointed we didn't go there but Ronciglione was wonderful - this apartment hotel is a real jewel in a small hillside town!

This hotel surprised us by the high standard of the rooms, furnished with fresh Ikea furnitures, kitchen etc. We stayed in room #1, on the first floor. It has an amazing view of the small Grand Canyon behind the hotel, with a 40+ meter drop from the balcony to the ground. Cool! A fully equipped kitchen, a big bathroom with washing machine, a living room with TV, a hallway with cupboards, refridgerator and freezer and two bedrooms, one with bunk beds from Ikea, the other with a king size bed. Both rooms are big and has excellent storage and access to the balcony. The staff speaks really good English, so communication is easy. They even rang me beforehand checkin to help with any questions. Fantastic! Fast internet/Wifi I give this hotel five stars for class, style, size and freshness!

This was a lovely stop while bicycle touring in Italy. The apartment style provided far greater living space and patio space than we experienced elsewhere in Italy. The full kitchen and laundry was especially appreciated.
