Not really one of those famed British BBs... We ended up in a kind of stuffy chalet in which the double bed occupied most of the surface so that once you had put down your luggage (2 very normal suitcases), it was difficult to move about the room without bumping into each other.

We are very sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us as most of the guests love it here as you can see by the other reviews. Firstly its wise to read the website before booking as it says we provide a light breakfast which consists of fresh orange juice yogurts white and brown bread a variety of cereals jams honey milk tea and coffee all supplied in your private kitchen in your room where there is a microwave fridge etc. We provide a clean tea towel washing up liquid etc for guests who stay longer and prepare a meal and who want to wash up in the evening. We always put the crockery through the dish washer in the morning. We enjoy talking to our guests and always about the lovely Yew tree Inn next door and the surrounding tourist attractions and are always helpful with advice so this review is not justified and totally not true. We did notice you were both very unhappy when you arrived probably because of the change of weather but don't take it out on our lovely guesthouse please.

We struggled to find a good place for a family of five near Paulton's Park that didn't cost a zillion pounds until we came across this lovely site. We stayed in the log cabin and the children adored it; space to run round the garden, the cabin itself, loads of toys and a bunk

Thank you for your positive review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Also thank you for your good advice on the travel cot and about providing a high chair. We will see that our travel cot is displayed on the website and we will get a high chair which is one thing we never thought of but realise it would be very useful for the amount of families that stay here with small children. With best wishes Carol and Jeff.
