This was our first holiday since 2018 and post covid. We picked Loulass based on reviews and we could get here from our local Norwich airport. This was our first ever visit to Corfu and hopefully not our last and if we do come back Loulass Village will be high on our priority as it is very well run by Costas and his family and team of staff, nothing is too much trouble. I emailed prior to arrival asking for a top floor room and Costas gave us room 412 which having dragged our cases up I was regretting asking for one up top, but the views made it all worth while and we were away from any pool/bar noise. The room (apartment) was spotless with kitchen/dining/living area, bedroom and bathroom, plus as I said a balcony with stunning views. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates, utensils etc but we only used the kettle, fridge and toaster. The pool area is very well maintained and there were plenty of sunbeds for the amount of people using it. Next to the pool is the bar/dining area and the menu varies from a lunchtime to an evening one, and all the food we tried was delicious. The beach is about a 15 minute walk away and it is a bit of an up and downhill slog both ways in the heat, so if you are not very mobile then probably best to get a taxi. The supermarket (3K) is about the same distance as the first part of the beach, and a few yards further on is a bakery and another supermarket, and the prices to vary slightly in the supermarkets so best to check each before you buy. There are 3 Restaurants very close by (Dionysos, George and Elenas and THe Fishermans Haunt all within a 3 minute walk (reviewed separately) and The Mermaid is about 10 minutes away, everything else is nearer the beach end of things. Would I go back, absolutely yes, and I can't thank Costas et al for making our stay such a pleasant one. Thank you all - Dave and Pat

After nearly 20 years going on holidays to Corfu the majority of which were spent at Loulass Village under the guiding hand of the legendary Kostas I have decided to write my first review. KOSTAS is like the Jurgen Klopp of the Loulass team, a team he has brought to Championship winning ways. Himself Maria and Joanna preside over a well oiled team of loyal dependable friendly and talented staff. I could go on and on about ever aspect of the efficiency and running of team Loulass but I could be here forever So I will concentrate on just one aspect which sticks in my mind from this year it’s the Loulass Food menu. The variety quality and good value is top notch just that and extends over the late afternoon to late evening. WHAT A SERVICE Alex the Bar manager will help you wash this delightful food down. Why did I not eat at Loulass every evening for the last 20 years Cause I am an eejet ALL GOING WELL SEE YOU GUYS NEXT YEAR Joanna has her yellow Peugeot parked close by be very careful when driving near the Hotel Ha Ha

We stayed at Loulass Village for the first time 4 years ago with family members and returned this year as a couple. This property is immaculately maintained inside and out, apartments are spacious and comfortable and the pool area is great for relaxing. We really couldn’t fault anything. There was a warm welcome for all guests, food was excellent quality and good value (there’s a day time pool bar menu and an evening menu) and always served with a smile. Very compliant with Covid regulations so we felt very safe there. Highly recommended and would be delighted to return.

Just spent a lovely two weeks here. Despite our initial reservations as 2 of us in our party are disabled we actually managed. Costas and Maria really went above and beyond to help. The rooms are clean and spacious more suited to a couple with children but we managed ok with an extra mattress on the sofa bed. Marina the housekeeper is brilliant and keeps your rooms clean and tidy. She makes a mean coffee too . The hotel is lovely but if you have mobility issues you def need a car to get around. There are a few little tavernas close by but the shops are a long walk on a an often busy road. The food from the bar is excellent and Alex is a star. The atmosphere is superb too costas is always around if you need him and Maria is just lovely. They never stop . We will def be back . All the staff are amazing and have to say they have the comfiest sunbeds in Corfu . Our lad loved the fact he could go and lay on a cabana out of the afternoon sun for a few hours . The pools on the small side but perfectly adequate.

We had read the reviews before coming here and were excited as they were all so good but it was even better than we expected. We were the only guests for the first 10 days which was amazing, Costas, Maria and Joanna all made us feel very welcome, we were even greeted outside when we got off the bus which was a lovely touch, and even though we were the only guest that didn't stop them doing everything they would normally do when the hotel was full. The bar was stocked, the food was amazing, the service was 1st class and the rooms were spotless. We had a one bedroom apartment for 5 of us ( 2 adults and 3 children) and it was plenty of room, my sister and her family were holidaying with us and we were allocated rooms beside each other and Costas even moved the divider so we had 1 massive balcony between us (rooms 202 and 203). During our stay they definitely went above and beyond for us, nothing was to much trouble and we had plenty of laughs and made a lot of wonderful memories. We ate here every single day, the breakfast menu is great and very reasonably priced, the lunch menu again was very good, I loved the chicken wings with BBQ sauce. As for the evening menu it was fantastic and had a great selection, I especially loved grilled chicken, my son lived on steaks while we were there and my other children loved the pizza, spaghetti Bolognese, and burgers. My husband tried a variety of different things and there was nothing he didn't enjoy. The walk to the town is about 15 minutes, we done it a few times while there just to go to the supermarket and I didn't feel it was to far, the road can be busy at times but it was never an issue for us. All in all this was a fantastic holiday, a great hotel, a lovely location, best sun loungers ever and the nicest hosts you could ever meet. We will definitely be back, I'm looking forward to it already.
