Firstly, we did enjoy our stay in one of the domed tents at Greenacres, the location was great for our needs, the bed was comfortable, lots of living space, toilet & shower block was a very good size and we enjoyed using the log burner especially as it was quite cold. Wi fi was good and local shop had everything you needed.

Sadly though there was a few dissappointing facts as follows.

On arrival I opened up the log burner to find it full to the brim with ash but this did get cleared out for me by a member of staff when requested.
When loading up the fridge in the kitchen area I noticed a dirty, mouldy seal around the fridge door, all utensils were covered in mould and food still stuck to the bottom of the pans. I don't think the whole kitchen area had been cleaned properly for some time. Kettle had no whistle on it and leaked when pouring.
Some of the furniture and curtians looked fairly tired and not the cleanest.
The toilets and showers were nowhere near as clean as other reviews suggested (see pictures)
Staines on bedding.
Several roof leaks onto the floor when raining.
Due to the location being close to a busy road you can get woken up early with the traffic noise.
No bin in the tent and a lack of drawers and hooks for clothes.

Due to the above we wouldn't stay here again

Campsite is located on a noisy road, you can hear noisy motorbikes and lorries at all hours of the night, and you are basically camping in someone's garden.

The Robin tent we stayed in was run down, and the bed mattresses were thin and uncomfortable, dog hair on the blankets, and smelt of dogs. They charge extra for dog owners to get the accommodation clean so no excuses.

If you have any problems you can only ring as there is no-one to contact face to face, so with no signal you can't report any issues. Then the issues that do arise they charge you for at the end of your stay, and insinuate you are lying for not being able to report the problems.

Dogs were allowed in the showers and toilets which meant not being able to use the facilities with a dog allergy.

Only interested in your money.

Extremely disappointing stay and would seriously avoid!!!!

Really comfy cosy pod, we stayed in Osprey with our two teenagers and two large dogs. Enough room and the double bed was very comfortable. Showers/toilets were very clean and modern. Shed containing hob and fridge was basic was functional. Easy self check in. Two tiny gripes which didn't detract from the 5* review; more cutlery please! Only two knives and one inadequate teaspoon for 4 of us. Also a broom would be helpful, we didn't have the best weather and trying to keep on top of the grass (and fur!) was impossible with just a dustpan and brush. Didn't see the owners so couldn't give feedback at the time.

We had a fantastic few nights ( wish we had booked longer). It’s Camping made super easy and comfortable.
We stayed in Buzzard bell tent and it was gorgeous. Comfy bed and lovely views. The facilities are very clean and well stocked, there was even tea and coffee in the little kitchen area. There was everything you might need for your stay. Very dog friendly.
We will definitely be returning.
