You should ask the owner matron. I have a feeling the answer is a short no but I maybe wrong. More importantly though, I'm not sure if their onsen is enough of an experience for you to bother to do so.

The nearest subway station is Hongo Sanchome on the Maranouchi line (the red line). I am sorry I cannot give you a price you will need to either contact the accommodation or look on some booking websites Peter
