This was simply the most amazing wildlife experience of my life. If you are an amimal lover, it this a "Must Do". This attraction is run by the most wonderful family, who's passion for animals is evidant in everything that they do on the farm. After walking the lions, handling a snake, bottle feeding a tiger cub and riding a beautiful horse called "Grace",(who gives kisses) i have fallen in love with South Africa. My only regret is that i did not have the time to stay overnight at the property. But there will certainly be a next time.
Wonderful owners, animals, experience, lunch. Seriously, this was simply one of the best days of our life!
My kids are talking about this experience almost every day. The lions, the horses, the dogs, snakes,.. and more. But most important, the warm welcome and friendlyness of the family running this amazing concept. It felt like a second home and def will come back as soon as the opportunity is there.
I won't forget this anytime soon. I did the horseback tour and the lion walk, both were great. Family owned by very knowledgeable and fun folks, they bring a very interesting perspective to the current lion situation in southern Africa. Don't miss it!
My family and I travel quite a bit and have been to nearly every continent and experienced many things, but this was surely one of the best experiences of our lives. The hospitality here from the entire family and staff is 2nd to none - nothing is too much trouble, you just feel like extended family at a "home away from home" from the moment you arrive. We stayed on their overnight package, so we arrived, unpacked and then went on the horseback tour around their property and luckily got to see pretty much everything on the one ride. My wife and I hadn't been on horseback on a long time and the kids never had been - but not an issue for these guys - they chose appropriate rides and gave enough instruction and guidance that my 10 & 12 year old kids (and we) had a ball with no…
