A bit outdated hotel, needs renovation of rooms and main reception and buffet. Food is average. Excellent landscaped environment and outdoor swimming pools. Personally friendly, it's not exactly suitable for vegetarians

These are actually three hotels inside one building. Basically, you get the same service, just the rooms are different. I wasn't very happy with the housekeeping, as I feel they could and should clean the rooms much better as they did. I really didn't want to find hair on the bathroom floor... Rooms are outdated and lack some design, but I was told they do have some renovated and newer rooms already... The main lobby, the hallways, and some other areas seem outdated as well. The spa area was nice, but swimming pools are quite small. I was there for medical reasons (physiotherapy) and I can say the service in that area was great. I had amazing therapists and they were all very helpful. I'd return there for their service, but not for the hotel.

I was really looking forward to our stay and and a few things let down what would otherwise have been paradise. The hotel is set (even in Winter) in a lush valley and the thermal water rises in plumes of steam on a cold winters day. The food is excellent both the dinner and breakfast buffet. The local area is stunning and we had a great trip to Otocec to see the castle and Zavinek's Christmas lights. Two things let the hotel down for me. Firstly we found beg bugs in our room. Never happened in my life before! We ended up moving rooms but it took the edge off coming here to relax! Although the hotel gave us a small discount for the inconvenience, they didn't go out of their way to make up for it. The rooms which I think were last renovated in the 1990s were poorly maintained. Secondly the water wasn't warm up enough but not really the hotel'a fault. I hope our experience was isolated...

The location was nice in the woods. We stayed two weeks and had Medical Therapy. This does not include any massages. Only what the in doctor prescribes. The physician her specialty was Rehabilitation Medicine. I will rate the FOOD very mediocre, especially to a health place. The breakfast was ok. the lunch and dinner was not at all healthy food. I am vegetarian and diabetics and they did not have food for my needs. the clerk LORI at the Medical Therapy (who schedule you the appointments) was very unpleasant and miss lead me several times. At the end I did not have my dry brushing therapy because she assigned me to a men and not to a women. Apparently, there were some other people in my group that she was very nasty to them. The property also recommend other kind of rehabilitation such as Cardiology or any Orthopedics therapy they had Physiotherapists. this is given only to slovenian citizen this was one of the therapist who told me that. TRANSPORTATION: To go to a mall or to Novo Meso the nearest city you must take a taxi . the public transpiration is not that accessible
