We have one word regarding our stay at Edenbrook Country Manor "Outstanding".

Bruce gave us a tremendous welcome as we drove in then he showed us to our room telling us all about the facilities on site and places of interest nearby. He showed us the Standard Log Cabin booked then said "we have decided to upgrade you folks to the executive log cabin at no extra cost". Wow what a bargain !

We stayed in both nights and made use of the super braai facility. Bruce organised the cutlery, crockery, wood and firelighters at no charge.
The morning breakfasts were scrumptious and kept us going all day !

After a relaxing two days we left telling Bruce we will definitely be back again. Mike and Alison - South Africa.

I needed to stay over for 2 nights in the Plett area and came across Edenbrook. I can say the location is very good, the rooms are very good and the breskfast is beyond very good! Nic was a great host and the peace and tranquility with the lovely forest environment makes it a great place to sleep over and relax. It is located in the Harkerville area, directly next to the N2 highway, so it is easy accessible.

I can reccomend Edenbrook to anyone that wants to stay over in a clean, calm and peaceful environment. Great for pretty much anyone..... Business, couples, families etc.... And the breakfast included I must give a 10/10! I most definitely reccomend!

Sure the property is well located and beautiful... but what makes Edenbrook stand out is their adorable welcoming! We felt like friends visiting all throughout the week. Bruce, the manager, has incredible knowledge of the area and is of great advice and after only one breakfast we didn't even had to ask what we wanted anymore as the staff immediately remembered and brought us "our usual" without even asking! And last but definitely not least: they were incredibly nice to our kids who felt soooo at home. The morning of our daughter's birthday, the team brought her chocolate cupcakes and candles ❤ We will definitely go back as it's like visiting friends!

Bruce is very welcoming and in fact almost a little too friendly at times. There were not many staff on so he ended up doing everything. It is a pity that they hadn’t mown the lawn (it was going to seed) and cleared up the rather scruffy paving in front of the hotel. There were dirty glasses out on the terrace at breakfast from the night before. We were glad we chose to have dinner in Plettenberg as Bruce had warned us he was going to be stretched during service. The room was large and comfortable but lacked the touch of someone who really cares. This hotel has great potential but just needs some elbow grease to bring it up to standard.

I have been on a working contract in the area and Nick was happy to have me rent his Forrest family cottage for the last few months. His attention to detail and his willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference during my stay. The staff are friendly and the amenities were fantastic. Defs book here. You won’t regret it. Thanks Nick. See you soon!

We had a mother and daughter getaway and booked to stay at Edenbrook for two nights. We enjoyed our stay so much. Bruce and his staff are so welcoming and friendly. Bruce went out of his way to accommodate us for breakfast when we were heading out early. I would not hesitate to book to stay here again, it's like home away from home. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy and the service is excellent..

Was absolutely great! Loved the venue. A great option for getting out of town while still being in the middle of all the activity areas. Great options and cost effective. Would definitely recommend it to anyone planning on visiting the area.

My partner & I enjoyed a two night stay in mid December & haven’t gone a day without thinking about it. Besides the peaceful & relaxing setting of Edenbrook, the hospitality of the General Manager & Staff made it that more pleasurable as they went over & above to accommodate our requests. We would like to wish the owners & staff all the best as they grow from strength to strength
