The rooms are clean, spacious, well equipped with kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, plates and glasses – everything you need for a pleasant stay. The hosts are naturally friendly and helpful. Only some details could be improved. One of them is a breakfast. Although there is a good variety of everything, the quantity of some products is not enough for all guests. There was just one small plate of cold cuts and cheese for 12 persons. Another thing is a lack of information about the place. We were not informed what time the breakfast is, what spots could be of our interest. Some short introduction is always welcome. And the last thing we were not comfortable about was that we could not dry the clothes after skiing since the radiators were almost cold. And although it was really warm in the room, some other solution should be provided. It is a really good accommodation and has a lot of potential to be perfect.

Super comfortable mattresses. Super clean and the details make it a lovely place to stay. It is very obvious that the owners (who are absolutely wonderful) take great pride in their inn. Breakfast is included. I suspect that all rooms have a mountain view. Walking distance to the K2 café (which is amazing). Adorable cat and dog hosts.

This property is at the foothill of a green slope in St Martin am Tennengebirge. They have utilized perfect photogenic location to the max. There is nothing to complaint about. It is a privately managed house with rooms on 2nd floor, and they have taken care of all comfort they could provide. Quite average per night room rate, extra comfortable beds, tasty breakfast with enough for all of us vegetarian (and they do ask us what we eat, in the very beginning), abundant kitchen accessaries, clean floors and linens, toys, playing garden, books (though we couldn't read any as they all were in German!), guidebooks, maps, parking, and homeowners with workable English accent. I could just go on..but you have already made your decision.
