We were so looking forward to going back to Ndaka after our visit last year and we were not disappointed. The staff are so warm and welcoming and we were greeted like old friends. We were treated to so many amazing game sightings by our guide Bongani (Pinky) and took full advantage of the bar and the great service from Max. Tandeka, it was so lovely to see you again and receive a special welcome from you! Thanks to all at Ndaka for an amazing stay at our happy place. Hope to see you again next year!

Property's Favourite Review
We visited Ndaka for a three night stay in early September and the overall experience, from time of booking to checking out on the last day, was excellent. Communication with the lodge at the time of booking was professional with very rapid responses to emails. Directions to the lodge we very accurate, which was important to us as we had just arrived from the UK and driven straight down to the lodge from J'burg airport. We were greeted when we arrived by the wonderful Max, who showed us around the lodge and guided us to our room. Max, like all the staff an Ndaka, went out of his way to ensure we had good stay. I unfortunately forgot to tell him that we do not bother with lunch, and the poor man came running up to our suite (typically the furthest from the lodge) to see if we were OK and needed lunch! Thank you Max. The tented suite was amazing with all the facilities you could need - the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The linen and towels crisp and clean. The food in the lodge was wonderful, with enough choice and just the right size portions. We loved the bush breakfast that we experienced on the last day - that must have been such hard work for the staff to manage, whilst smiling and laughing. Our guide for the game viewing drives was Brandon, and his knowledge was amazing and his enthusiasm for sharing and imparting that knowledge was really appreciated. Brandon was very responsive to the needs of the guests and went out of his way to ensure we saw as much as possible. Overall a wonderful experience that we will never forget.

Always great to view amazing wildlife at the gem Ndaka. We enjoyed seeing two separate groups of white rhinos up close, tow black rhino (Torpedo) a lone elephant, two cheetah walking around, two separate pride of lions - one pride on a kill and the other pride playfully relaxing. The highlight was being stuck in front of two stubborn and sulky buffalo - it took a lot of patience and perseverance by our fabulous guide Grant to eventually get us past them.and to our much anticipated supper. We'll surely be back shortly. Food was outstanding and Fana, Gugu, Max and Mark's team always make sure we are well looked after. Thank you Ndaka.

Ndaka is an amazing place. We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. The entire staff were friendly, fun and very helpful. The ladies who cook the food are so talented, every meal there was absolutely delicious. The game drives twice a day were always exciting and our fantastic guide Hala was a font of information and expertise. There are lots of animals to see and if they are hiding Hala will eventually find them. You can relax at the beautiful pool between drives and may even spot some animals passing by as you do. The accommodation is beautiful and absolutely spotless. I would give Ndaka 5 stars and encourage anyone to holiday there, We would love to return again sometime. A big thankyou to everyone who keeps this amazing place going.

This was our first family holiday with our two month old daughter and Ndaka was the best choice we could have made! They made us so welcome and the accommodation was beautiful. David was our Ranger and he was fantastic, we saw so much wildlife it was amazing. The fact that we could take our baby on the game drives was just so special. The girls running the kids club were just the loveliest lady’s and even got the baby to sleep while my husband and I could eat a meal together. I already miss being there!
