This guesthouse has many advantages, the location very quiet, a very delicious breakfast, very nice ambience when entering the lobby, each room is decorated differently. We had the very large honeymoon suite. One would definitely come back.

My husband and I stayed for one night in this most magical, well-thought out, easily accessible guesthouse. The detailed care and small touches throughout the rooms, common spaces and breakfast area were so special. We especially enjoyed the soft robes and crisp linen in our room. This guesthouse is close to the beach as well as incredible restaurants for a bite to eat. We highly recommend for a romantic getaway!! Thank you for having us Paternoster Manor!!

we had a magnificent room with a view to the ocean and a balcony. A very nice variety of fresh fruit and egg dishes was offered for breakfast. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and as we were the only guests at the B&B for 2 nights we felt very pampered.

Needed a quick and quiet break and what better place to visit than Paternoster and the Paternoster Manor! Made use of the family suite with 2 rooms and a shared bathroom and were very comfortable with great beds and rooms that had all we required. Well maintained establishment with great breakfast each morning- did the trick of satisfying or hunger! Ross was in hand whenever we needed advice for restaurant bookings or ideas on what to do or where to go. Can highly recommend a stay here and it was a major improvement on our previous visit to the village and stay in a self-catering cottage.

Warm welcome on arrival , all staff very friendly . Family suite perfect for friends with two bedrooms and shared bathroom . Sea views from main bedroom and access to balcony next door . Electric blankets to keep you cozy on those chilly nights , and a fire in the breakfast room . Breakfast was a spread of continental and hot to order and really filling before a day of wandering around . Great location . Short walk to the beach or waterfront . Back up lights for during load shedding in bedrooms , back up for wifi would be appreciated , as cell service not the greatest in most of paternoster during load shedding

We stayed at Paternoster Manor for 2 days in July. Ryno & Joe were our hosts taking care of us. We just love this special guesthouse, as it feels so like being at home with all the small touches, and everything you need at hand. We were given the Balcony Seaview room, so spacious and the bathroom is huge with shower and bath. On our second day we just stayed in the room as it was raining outside, but we loved every minute to just relax and rest whilst recharging our batteries. The breakfasts were fresh and filling, love the cheeseboard idea. Thanks for making our stay so special

A Beautiful Manor House full of Antique furniture and very tastefully presented , the setting was perfect with beautiful views and easy access to the beach . Eddie was the perfect host, we received a warm friendly welcome and he couldn’t do enough for us which included booking us a place at a local restaurant which was top notch. 2 nights as enough to explore this quaint seaside village snd I’d highly recommend staying at this beautiful guest house .

We had such a great stay, I can thoroughly recommend the Manor Guest House as a base for your stay in Paternouster. Eddie was a fantastic host, he recommended some excellent activities to do and was very accomodating to our requests. The link to book resturants before our stay was provided (and we did take this option as we were a large group) but as soon as we arrived Eddie did offer to make reservations on our behalf. Breakfasts were delicious and again very accomodating for the people in our group with allergies or dietary requirements. Beds were comfortable. During loadshedding wifi and lights worked so we hardly knew when power was off!

Well what more can be said by me, that has not been already written? The property has been made for a tranquil retreat and it delivered in spades, being clean, warm and inviting. There was Eddie the host who provided a warm reception and found my wife and I restaurants at short notice ( if possible I would suggest pre booking), the staff who were so friendly and made a beautiful breakfast omelette. An amazing setting with a very friendly and helpful host, John. The Guest House is well maintained and very clean.
I want to specifically call out the breakfast that was 5 star, beautifully presented and very taste full.
Unfortunately the location do not have a full sea view, but you are close enough to take a walk down to the beach.
