A really quiet hotel, beautifully clean and great value for money. Overwhelmingly good was the service especially in the restaurant and bars. The staff could not have been more polite and accommodating. I would also give a shout out for the a la carte restaurant. I was really pleased with the standard of food and their willingness to cater for my dietary requirements. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and i am quite picky! Although this is a 4 star hotel, I have stayed in 5 star that are far Well worth a visit for a quiet and relaxing holiday.…

Had a great two week family holiday here, the staff are really friendly and professional. Michelle and Sandra are so helpful. The food is high quality and excellent. It was our first visit to the island and we found it beautiful, the hotel was a great base for exploring and were able to supply packed lunches when we did trips. We were able to see a magical mountain sunrise above the clouds, dolphins and sea turtles on a boat trip and hike through some beautiful scenery. The spa at the hotel was also great with a good range of treatments. Overall a really relaxing holiday.…
The staff at this hotel are all so friendly and helpful you can't single out anyone of them as going the extra mile because they all do. At first glance the food looks minimal. In fact it's of good quality and plentiful. If you're there for 7 days or more take advantage of the A La Carte restaurant.Amazing. The hotel is very clean and public areas looks appealing. Beware of the All Inclusive bracelets as they do tear easily. However there is no charge to have them changed at reception. This hotel isn't for children as there is a more middle aged clientele and little for children to do. The hotel is close to the airport but don't let this put you off.The village is very pretty and there is a promenade to walk along. If I have a criticism it's that children are allowed in the spa pool and jacuzzi. This doesn't make for a relaxing time when you've been in the steam room and are wanting to relax. All in all a lovely holiday.…
