Agriturismo Fontanelle is a place you can go to and relax in a serene and tranquil environment away from the hectic and noisy city life. The hotel offers good service with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and have all the amenities for a comfortable stay. A light breakfast is also offered. In spite of being in the middle of the country side, a 10 minute drive will get you to the shores of Lago di Garda and you can also visit Verona in around 40 minutes.

Beautiful and cosy place not far from Lake Garda. A 30 minuets drive to Verona, which was a beautiful city. Good breakfast with fruit bowl, yoghurt, options of juices and coffee, eggs and more. Possible to buy water, soda, beer and wine at any time. Clean place and rooms. Pool was beautiful. Service and the receptionists were excellent and gave us a lot of good recommendations for food, wineries, cities to visit and so on.

We stayed here for a couple of nights. The hotel is clean, the staff very friendly. It is lovely, beautiful pool in quiet secluded area. The location provides a great base for day trips to the lakes and to Verona. The rooms are simple, but fine, very reasonably priced. Would def go back

Location set away fro the hussle and bussle of the busy tourist areas. However only takes about 5-10 minutes to drive to Lake Garda. You need a car but we had one and it wasn't a problem at all. The Hotel is family run and they are very friendly and cannot do enough for you. The bedroom was very spacious and very clean as was the bathroom. We had everything we needed in the room. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection to suit all. Recommend the fresh fruit salad. The gym was handy and the pool was very nice an a good size and all kept very clean. There is nothing we didn't like. The setting is in a beautiful location in the middle of all the olive trees. Grandma who was always on the go was lovely and looked after us well. The Grandson helps on reception and also couldn't do enough to help you. His English is excellent and as a bonus he is very dishy! All in all a great place to visit and we would highly recommend and we would go again.

I stayed here for one night in September while on a recce for a friend's wedding. The location is lovely but be aware that many GPS/Satnav's do not recognise Localita Fontanelle so check before you try to find it and if it's not there then enter Agriturismo Al Colle into your system and with Al Colle on your left, then you just need to carry on this road until it becomes Localita Fontanelle and you will find the Agriturismo Fontanelle on your right. It really does have a beautiful situation in the middle of Olive groves and it has a wonderful swimming pool. My room was at the end of the corridor and at the back so I had a lovely little terrace in the garden, it was a great spacious room with airconditioning and a fab shower though bring a bar of soap as like other agriturismos, full toiletries are not provided though shampoo sachets were provided. I should say that although my room was very quiet, my friend was in a room with people either side and she did complain of the noise from both rooms so ear plugs are useful. Wifi is also provided but coverage is patchy in the rooms and I had no signal at all - not a problem as we were only staying one night but would be great to be able to research things to do/places to eat in the area. I found the place spotless and really well maintained, including the swimming pool area. We had a tour of the apartments and I was really impressed with the facilities, layout, cleanliness and maintenance - the apartments looked as though they had recently been refurbished but it had been done 2 years previously. Minor complaints - only breakfast is provided (breakfast was okay though not lavish) so if you are in the hotel part then you need to eat elsewhere - the cooking facilities in the apartments are great so accept that if you want to have a few glasses of wine then eat at home one night, Verona is about 40-50 euro taxi ride away so can be an expensive night out if there are just two of you. Cavion Veronese is nearer and I am sure there are several restaurants there but I didn't try anywhere. There is a garage but the spaces are not marked out and so when we returned from Verona after dinner (and getting lost), the other residents had parked in a way that meant only about 6 cars could park and we were car 7 so we ended up in the spaces between Olive trees. Also the people working there are so friendly, welcoming and helpful - it was a warm experience checking in, having breakfast and checking out, just great.
