The Ranch is amazing, the service was exceptional and all the staff assisted us with a smile. The area is beautiful and relaxing, the rooms were spectacular. I will definitely be going back there soon

This is the best of the best, I was so impressed. If you want to relax especially with your family this is the right choice. You will also see different wild animals there. You may also visit with friends or workmates
We stayed at Kwadiwa during independence long-weekend. What an absolutely stunning lodge! The staff are so welcoming and helpful! I honestly could not have asked for better staff for our stay. The rooms are very clean and pretty. And the beds very comfy. The lodge is still under construction so I can just imagine what it will look like when finished. The only issue we had is the food. I’ve read through other reviews of the lodge where people kept saying how good the food was. So I’m quite disappointed with what we got. The breakfast is amazing! I can’t complain there. But the rest is a bit of a disappointment . On our first night I ordered battered hake for dinner with tartar sauce. The hake was completely over fried and hard on the sides and tasted a burnt. As for the tartar sauce, I wasn’t sure what I got. It tasted exactly like coleslaw and also looked exactly like coleslaw with cabbage and carrots grated with mayo. Definitely not tartar sauce. The next day my father in law ordered a burger which was completely cold and tasteless. On our last day we ordered toasted sandwiches for lunch which was horrible. Everything was so dry and tasteless esp the toasted chicken and mayo because there was barely any mayo. That night I ordered king klip and salad. My avo in the salad was dark brown and the rest of the salad was basically just lettuce with a few lost tomatoes and old wilted cucumber. My father in law’s pork chop and mash was a complete disaster! The mash was smothered in pepper and the chop was completely dried out! My husband was the only one with good food because he sticked to his rump and tbone the whole trip which he loved. Maybe your normal chef was on leave and you had a stand in chef, I don’t know, but the food was really not great. Otherwise, everything else is amazing! Staff, rooms, view, game drives, drinks, etc. Once again, I cannot say enough how amazing your staff is! Thank you for an awesome stay. We’ll see you again soon. …
Went to Kwadiwa first weekend of June 2019 with a group of work mates and it worked out very well all round. Although still very much impressive work in progress, what had been accomplished up to then did not disappoint. Great food, friendly engaging and warm staff, fires to warm all he winter nights we we were there and all in the tranquil of the African bush. A river bank setting is always a treat. Kwadiwa ticks all the right boxes and the soon to be completed up market chalets will catapault it to another level. Don't be under any illusion, this is not big 5 game territory as it is a (large) game ranch but it does cope rather nicely. Beware the acoustics in the standard rooms though as sound proofing is definitely not one of the strong points of the lavishly sized rooms. Great selection of wine. Definitely a place to consider if you just want to get away from it all for a bit. Great land scaping. This place will definitely get better.…
