#2 of 7 Speciality lodging in Central Tuli Block
We are a very luxury tented camp positioned on the mighty Limpopo River. Located in the Kwa Tuli Private Game Reserve we have an exclusive area in excess of 6000 hectares available to make our game drives and spectaculair bush walks. Encounter elephant, hyena or leopard on foot or wander through the undisturbed riverine forests with its abundant birdlife and flora. And if one is fortunate you may even see wild dogs or spot the elusive Pel's Fishing Owl. Or just admire the wild orchids. Our luxury tents are positioned in such a way that they provide ultimate privacy for our guests and optimum views of its surrounding. Sit in your personal private plunge pool and watch the river meandering in front of you. If you prefer a day of relaxation instead of going out into our spectacular bush and landscape then just stay on your deck and lounge in your hammock whilst the game visits you...

My family and i spent 4 days at Koro River Camp and we were blown away by the entire experience, right from the start of our trip we were welcomed warmly at the bridge by the entire staff and the manager Mr Sanders, all the Covid protocols were adhered to right from our arrival. The location and property is well situated on the river river bank with amazing views of wild life. The luxury tented rooms and bathrooms exceeded our expectations with 5 star comfort and luxury and beautiful deck with a plunge pool, the rooms were situated on the river. The house keeping staff are very accommodating to every single one us caring for our every need. The game drives were spectacular with the game rangers and trackers Moses, KB, Solomon and Mandla with them making sure we got the full experience. We were treated to a presentation from Mr Sanders about he’s research into the leopard and hyena population that was extremely interesting and educational. Happiness, Chef Sylvia and the Rest of the Front House staff Made sure that our every need was met and spoilt us with A personal touch. This is a very family friendly safari resort that caters for your every personal needs and likes such as food, entertainment and activities for kids. I would to especially thank Happiness and Sarah that made this experience happen for our whole family. I feel i should thank every staff member for going above and beyond to make sure that we had such a beautiful memorable experience. Thanks to Happiness Kb Solomon Moses Mandla Sylvia Kgomotoso Dikaledi TT Elina Kgagatso Mokgadi Jonas Ob Mr Sanders Overall we had a absolutely beautiful getaway and we would whole heartedly recommend Koro River Camp.

Koro River Camp... A delightful, exclusive resort right on the Limpopo River. We had a wonderful 4 days stay. Every staff member treated us with such a personal touch. All rules of post Covid hygiene were observed. We felt so safe there. The tents were spacious and comfortable. The game drives were great. We saw the elusive leopard. And plenty of elephants, zebras and antelopes.

Everything was great. We saw a lot of beautiful animals and the guides were very nice. They knew a lot of stuff and were very helpful. We did some walks through the reserve and followed tracks. Very exciting and we learned a lot. Besides the nice game drives also the food was very good. They arranged some nice activities like wine tasting and gin tonic night. There is also the opportunity to sleep under the stars in the bush. During the night you can spot the game, it’s a must do! We would definitely recommend this place. (But be prepared for early mornings).

We've been living and traveling around Botswana for the last 10years now and this place is our favorite of all the places we've visited. It's the whole package that you receive here: great nature, plenty of wild animals to see, knowledgable rangers and trackers, the most friendly and welcoming staff, stylish and luxurious accommodation, delicious food with great presentation. I have no words to explain how thankful we're for our experience. Thank you Sarah and whole Koro team! We traveled with our two daughters (4 and 6 years old) and not only they were welcome in the camp and the game drives, but the whole team of the camp made their stay so special with going the extra mile and arranging different activities to keep them entertained like giving them game for spotting different animals on the game drives, organizing a walk with tracking in the bush and picnik for the whole family. We had great ranger and tracker KB and Solomon. My husband wanted to see lion and leopard and they did the impossible, but found them. We had very close view of both and it was just wonderful. The camp itself is just stunning. All in one amazing bush experience. We're definitely coming back.

We feel truly blessed and humbled to have had the good fortune of staying at Koro River Lodge. Super friendly and a well trained team will go above and beyond to make your stay pure magic. We truly felt like they were our family. Amazing bush walks, drives and sundowners by well trained and passionate wildlife experts was nothing beyond spiritual. Meals both delicious and healthy. And the true icing on the top was the leopard and other wildlife research programmes they have going with the University of Wageningen, The Netherlands. They are only too happy and passionate to share this with their guests. Don’t hesitate make your next stay Koro River Camp. Where nature is pure and unfiltered.......the memory will linger for a lifetime.
