We were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful experience we had during our 1 night Birthday get-away stay. Everything was great from the lovely property, the fantastic healing terme pools, the delicious meals and the kind staff!
This hotel has a lovely setting, the views are breathtaking and the rooms are nice and clean. The drawback is the food: breakfast buffet was minimalistic, every dish was cold, often not replenished. Lunch buffet at 30€was way overpriced and no variety.same as morning, there were 3 choices of meals and the 3 of them were the same everyday. Overpriced hotel unless they fix their problems, @ 300 dollars a night, one expects better quality.
Nice hotel, clean rooms, generally friendly staff. This hotel and spa are more geared towards locals (Italians), so there is less availability of English speaking staff. It was not very clear from the website, but once you check in, you will have access to the spa pools for free, and get towels and a robe. If you go to the spa first, they will make you pay to enter, and they do not provide robes; only towels, and only for a fee. The restaurant in the hotel was good for both dinner and breakfast. My room was a bit small, and I had paid a bit extra for an upgraded room.
Visited the spa last week Thursday with friends and a my 5 year old. We all had a lovely time including my son who enjoyed himself so much that he wanted to go the next day. Spa entry was €15 per adult so relatively reasonably priced especially as we ended up spending 5 hours there. Kitchen was closed but delicious sandwiches and some limited salads were availiable which was more than fine. Only point was that staff was not aware of whether i could use my son's lifejacket in the pool, therefore we left it in the car, only to see some kids with floats in the pool. That being said and most importantly, the overall atmosphere was fantastic, and everyone was friendly. Would love to visit again.
