Having owned a Guest House for 12years , I can safely say that this place ticks all the boxes , clean light airy rooms , excellent attention to detail, and your laundry and ironing is done daily ,all included in the tariff , walking distance to the country clubs super restaurant and Westville village shopping malls.
Chris and Claire have got it right , .we stayed for 5 Weeks and will be back.

This B&B is a gem in Westville. The lush garden together with Tilda the tortoise, dogs and cats makes this place a wonderful stay. Your two hosts Chris and Claire are extremely knowledgeable about the surrounds and nature. Rooms clean, cmofortable and well equipped. Breakfasts are delicious

Stayed for a few nights, Chris very helpful with advice on where to go and what to do. Safe accommodation choice of several rooms, we occupied two. One much better than the other, with catering equipment, the other one you would struggle to self cater, there was only a kettle and fridge. Nice garden with tortoise, birds, dogs and exotic plants. TV, ensuite. Breakfast was very good. Secure parking. Very close by is an excellent shopping mall with a number of restaurants if required which we found very useful. Laundry was free. What could have improved? Well the pillows and sheets smelt possibly as they had not fully aired this improved after a day or so. Perhaps newer pillows would help? The other was the noise. We had 2 nights with the club at the bottom of the garden with live music until 12pm which was intrusive and kept us awake, also a do over lunchtime at the weekend. I am not sure what hey can do about this but it is a problem, probably best to avoid the weekends or it may be we just struck unlucky? Chris did apologise for the intrusion.

Clean rooms, amazing food and great hosts! Great neighborhood to stay in Durban and go out for a walk or run through the hills. There is no complaints at all about this place. Chris and Claire were very hospitable and accommodating to our group, we felt right at home.

I stayed here with a group of lads when we were attending a wedding nearby. Chris and Claire were so welcoming and we really were made to feel at home. The B&B is in a lovely neighbourhood and we always felt safe. We were in Durban without a car but the location, though quite and peaceful, was close enough to the highway that we were easily able to explore the wider Durban area by Uber. Couldn't ask for more. -Ask Chris about shark cage diving!

I had an amazing time here. Rooms were clean and fresh, with all extras provided, including free, fast wifi, soaps, coffee and fresh farm milk in the fridge.
Chris and Clair are welcoming, friendly and kind and I loved the relaxed vibe.
Nice quiet location with lots of birds. A highlight for me was the happy animals on the grounds, that didn't bug me but were happy to chill with me when I called them.
Staff were kind and went beyond the call of duty to make me comfortable including helping me to pack and unpack.
Highly recommend this little gem in the city.

We stayed in the cottage at the back of the guest house. It was bright, spacious and airy, the shower was sensational. We were made to feel at home at all times. Chris and Claire were delightful and informative. The guest house is close to all amenities. We would stay longer if we could.

Stayed for 5 days. Says self catering, but not all the rooms have fridges and could ask for a 2 plate stove. We did not get any Breakfast. Was a group that booked out 5 -6 of the seven rooms. Friendly pets and room to run for the kids. Our family flat was a bit small, especially the bathroom. Girls did laundry with a smile and we were allowed to braai - very important for Namibians. Close to the highways, shopping malls and the Uniersity where we played hockey.
